  Manager is terrible and we scheduled an appointment only to be told to leave because we didnt have proper documentation when we brought 2 forms of government ids. Then we were told the cameras were watching us? The worst experience I've had banking with BOA over then past 13 years.

  I am not sure what everyone is complaining about about this branch. I just visited today and they were able to get me in and out within 10 minutes. I needed a cashier's check and they were able to get it done very quickly with minimal waiting. Everyone was pleasant and I experienced no attitudes from anyone.

  Was told to leave and come back later after waiting 20 minutes to deposit a small check. If you don't have the staff to handle one tiny deposit in the middle of the day, then you should hire more people.

  Have been a Bank of America customer for over 10 years. With great credit. When I applied for a credit, they denied the credit with no specific reason. Just a generic explanation. I was able to secure the loan at another place, but its sad to see that they dont even care about their exisitng clients. cause they can. cause they are so big they dont need to care.

  The employees are rude and unfriendly. The workers completely have no people skills. This location has a high turnover rate. One see new employees like every 2 or 3 months. It is best to use the ATM machines than dealing with those workers inside because those workers are disrespectful.

  Plain Rude! To the Greeter at the Door... To The Bank Teller! I've been a Bank Of America Customer since 2013... Never have I ever recieved such RUDE Customer Service until Today!! Won't EVER Visit this location again! I'll take my check cashing business to Another location Or The Currency Exchange up the street, which I Did and they cashed my check with No Problems And they didn't give me a dirty look either about having an overdrawn account!

  Very rude relationship managers. Will advice everyone to stay away from this place. They provide false or incomplete information. Rudest staff I ever met. This branch should be closed and it's employees fired for disrespecting customers. The job they do could be better done by any person randomly picked from the street and with better behavior. It's not surprising that every where online this branch of BOfA has got the minimum/worst rating. BOfA, listen to the voice of people and heed their advice, because it's surprising how one bad experience could drive a life long customer away from you. I am planning to switch banks and stop using BofA's credit cards. I advice others to stay away from this branch run by rude , unprofessional and bad human beings who compel you to write such reviews with derogatory remarks and take away your peace of mind leaving you bitter for an entire day.

  The only person who was actually doing their job here and not gossiping was the security guard. When I walked in this location, it was empty. Yet, my banker with the short hair boy cut was rude and didn't greet me. That is fine, but throughout the whole transaction she was gossiping with the two other co workers. Gossip on your own time.

  Rudest customer service. Can’t say please or thank you. Asking for a simple balance was like a job for her. I work at a bank so I know how it is and this was just plain rude. Definitely not coming into this branch again.

  Good location. Only complaint is that the atm doors are locked and it's scary to take out your card/wallet to enter at night with other sketchy people around.
