  Not only is this branch STILL under construction. The tellers do nothing. I went to get a replacement card. All they could offer was "over the phone or on the app" one couldn't work her screen, one guy couldn't respond to my "how are you?" The woman at the front door was completely useless. Why are they even there.

  Always long lines. Always Rude staff. As clients we should not have to deal with their unprofessional attitude specially the manager. Definitely thinking in switching my years business to another bank.

  My mom and I visited this branch on December 30th. We were warmly greeted by Mr. Sterling T. and given clear directions on what to do in order to resolve her issue. My mom was served by a very friendly, polite and competent worker Floralma. We felt very welcomed and if we lived in the area we would be coming back to this location every time. Thank you!

  Absolute 5star rating. I went in with a problem and came out problem free. Big shout to Brittany Blout and Avhik Mitra for getting me in and out without a hitch. Everyone were very polite and inviting. Makes you feel like family 👪.

  Went into this location to sort out an overdraft charge that was, admittedly, my fault. I didn't wait around very long and I spoke with Giovanni and he helped me immediately and was very understanding of what happened and he reversed the charge and just advised me to turn on overdraft protection for the future just in case. He gave me his card in case I had any questions. His customer service was great and much appreciated so thank you!

  I came to this bank because I had previously went to a location in Manhattan heights and the banker who took care of me misspelled all of my information on my direct deposit slip and my debit card. When I arrived to this location I waited about 5 minutes to get seen which was not bad at all. The banker Edelina help solve my situation and she and I laughed it off as well. She was very attentive, sincere and very humorous. Now I can't really speak for anyone else who works there, but if you're in a rush and need someone to actually take care of your situation, ask for Edelina. Everyone else there seems as if they don't really want to attend you, nor care for what your problem may be.
