  Marc Stern and his Eastern Funding Team have been great. They made it simple, easy and accommodating when I was looking for financing for my laundry.   I have dealt with just 2 banks in the 40 years I have operated my businesses. I was very hesitant to leave the first bank because I was reasonably satisfied with their service and did not have any issues with our relationship.   Been a faithful client for over a decade. I do all my equipment loans here. The process is more organized, quicker and efficient than big banks. The faster my loan comes in, the earlier my equipment can be delivered, thus providing a smoother transition for my construction. Time saved is opportunity cost avoided. Also the application fee and/or closing cost is so much lower. Paperwork is less. Their electronic process is easier. And most importantly, better interpersonal relationships. They have minimal turnover, everyone you encounter will be the same people numerous loans down. Thumbs up to Michael and Stephen for being the foundation to a great lending company.
