  Had a great experience. They were helpful, courteous and friendly. My Grandma loved them too. The only thing I would suggest is a window cleaning service.

  I came here for two consecutive days. I was late on the first day. I want to make an appointment for tomorrow. She said that there is no need to make an appointment to let me come early tomorrow. When I came back the next day. I have been waiting for 30 minutes. At this time a mother and daughter came. Sit down for about a few minutes. The lady staff in suits came to greet them on their own initiative. Then she received me. And told me to wait another hour. I am not so happy. She said that she could make an appointment for me until the next week... and then I left in disappointment. Nothing was done.

  The ATM got 2 stars... Going in the bank is horrible. The teller's are openly hostile. I don't understand why they hire people who do not like people. I always have to wait longer with the teller than I waited in line which is usually at least 15-25 minutes. The manager is the problem.. she lets the teller's run the show..... Everyone who works here needs retained or fired.

  1 teller during peak hours with 16 people in line. Waited 40 minutes just to reach the teller to deposit a Canadian check. Like being in a 3rd world country. They cut back on tellers to try and force fetish you to use their " ATM with Teller Assist" .. are they going to charge me less for my monthly maintenance fee when I'm going to have to do more work in regards to my banking?

  11 people on the line, finally got to the window, turned in check for cash, the teller called manager for verification, manager told me to wait, then she was talking to customer with holding my check and id. 10 minutes later she came out and saying, 'I had to do some research but had to take care of my customer first' I was like 'what about me? I'm not a customer?' She was rude, and super UNPROFESSIONAL. That's why I've closed my account long time ago. DO NOT GO THIS BRANCH !

  The worst customer service ever. Never enough tellers. This is my eldery father's bank. I would never bank there. Wells fargo does a much better job. HORRIBLE BANK!!!!

  I was at this Branch today 23rd around 3:40!pm trying to fix a problem on my account since the account was open over the phone my atm was not working . there was 1 person for customer services and i asked how long is the waiting time. 50 + min , or an hour. I was willing to wait . The rep. Asked me what was my problem? I briefly explained, and his replied : “ that is why you should not open accounts over the phone”. And open it here.. and his attitude.. That was rude!!! He didn’t address my problem pretty much he called me dumb. Horrible customer service, busy branch with one person in the customer service side. NEVER GOING BACK THERE. They need to improve So many bad reviews about this branch!!! The branch Manager should really see the community reviews to make changes and hired more people.

  Always a person to greet you coming in but useless in customer service. One teller and always a line to wait in 15 people deep. Horrible!!!!

  Always only 1 or 2 tellers. Always long lines. I would think that such a popular bank cold put more employees

  Bank does not open on time. Teller walks up at 9am and then walks away from door. The gates are still down until 9:06. The doors were open at 9:04. Very unprofessional.
