  Rocky’s has been my security blanket thru the ups and downs of life and now the pandemic. I trust them wholeheartedly. They have always treated me and my fine jewelry with such dignity and respect. I wouldn’t put my fine jewelry and trust in any other hands.

  Ive always had a great experience with Rockies in Cathedral City Ca, they are fair and they are there when im in a pinch! I always go there first because of how nice they are! If your in a pinch and need some cash or you just want to skip the jeweler and get a fair price on nice jewelry go to Rockies! You will always be treated fair and with respect! When you go to Rockies they make you feel like family!

  I absolutely love rocky's pawnshop I wouldn't go anywhere else I love the customer service there is great Elizabeth and all her coworkers are great I would refer them to everybody that I know I absolutely love them and did I mention they have a 10 day Grace period. And I trust that my stuff is safe there

  Absolutely love this place it is my favorite place to send my money on the best pieces and at the best prices. Also, if I need cash I know for sure they can help and my belongings will be safe ♡ Including there jeweler, he is the best at making what I ask for.

  The staff are very nice and friendly. It took a little time because of the paperwork but well worth it. I'll use them again! Try it you'll like it.

  They are horrible. Idk what Chanelle is talking about but I've been there a few time since it has open and every location I have been to has always shorted me on my pawns, they always depreciate your items so they can give you less money. Also they don't take the normal items that normal pawn shops outside the Coachella Valley do. Also everything that they sell is way over priced. They either deny your items or low-ball you on even your most expensive items. idk how but they are the only pawn shop in the valley who's actually a pawn shop, if you can avoid at all cost and head west toward LA to pawn. Customer Service is horrible as well, they treat you based on how you personal relationship is with them and if donate money to there charity. Worst business in "The Coachella Valley"
