  What a disappoint! After several months of being bombarded with offers from this company in the mail, I decided to give this company a try. I went to their office inside the Cardenas store. Their customer service its a joke, they contradict themselves of the application process. They have very little knowdglege of the company. In a way, isn't their fault, the company's office has complete control of the application process. In another words, the representatives at the store are not allowed to answer any questions during the application process and its results. At the store, they very pushy when you approach them asking for a loan. They use the sane "tactics" car dealers use. They ask verbally for you information, then enter it into their system which tell them whether you are approved. Once they get a "soft approval" they proceed to give you the never ending list of requirements. I found their application quite intrusive, they request that you provide 4 references and before you can't blink they proceed to call everybody on you reference list. I asked them several times whether they were going to call my friends or not. Sure they did without letting me know how much money and the type of interest I was approved for. After a very lengthy progress and being embarrass with their calls to my friends I listed as references, i was informed that my loan amount was only $300 I was furious and embarrassed to let all of my friends know that I was having a financial crisis. My credit score is 675 while it's not the best is not that bad. So, i decided to start asking other borrowers the amount of their loans. It turns out that it doesn't matter the income, the score credit or anything else. As long as you have s job, I'D and a valid social security number everybody gets approved for a $300 loans asst a very high interest rate. Therefore, i found their advertising to be false and misleading. I am not even sure their practices are legal in the State of California Even if you have a huge emergency try to get help somewhere else.
