  The bank manager at Farrah was extremely un willing to help me with my banking she was rude and made me wait forever even though there was nobody in the bank

  The "manager" Farah has 0 in castumer service i was wating 15 min for them to open so i can get some help and go back to work. after wated for the casher ive been told that only a banker can help and that i should wait again. ok il wait. after a few minuts the "manager" reach fainelly to help. then she said that only her banker can help me and he got stuck in trrafic for another hour!!!!!!!!!! i told her that i wated 15 min for them to open and i need only 2 min help. She turned and walked away. whatttt. i asked for her name she answer i am the manager.

  Monday, July 3, 2017 at 2:00 pm: Twelve people in line and only ONE teller. Clerks on their breaks or lunch or who knows! Waited twenty-five minutes. Mgr. could care less. Really poor service!

  To whom it may concern, We are a very long time Bank of America Customers, probably about 35 years. All these years we have had nothing but a great experience. But I want you to know about a young lady at your Woodland Hills branch on Victory. Her name is Bronica Nazaruazar. I hope I have the correct name for her. She is wonderful. Very professional and extremely courteous and knowledgeable. She makes banking a pleasure and always smiles and spends time to explain everything to us. She is always available to help and very polite and kind. Because of her we will always bank at Bank of America. Thank you for having such a wonderful Young lady working at your bank.   The worst customer service at this branch. I had to go to this location because the one on Sherman way and Topanga was closed. The teller named Hratch gave me all of my account info without asking for my ID. I said you don’t need to see my ID and his answer was DOESN’T MATTER. I gave him my ID anyways and he basically just threw it near his keypad. Worst Worst Worst. Doesn’t even deserve a star.

  The staff has been great and I love the new remodel. Lindsay Foster was especially helpful during my mother's passing and banking issues. She was kind, patient and handled all of my business needs in a professional manner. This branch has significantly improved and I am thankful that it is staffed with competent, professional and patient workers.

  My company of over 100 stores has an account with BOA. Every time I go to THIS LOCATION there is an insane wait with usually only one teller working. They continually give me an issue about the account info and doing a simple task like making change. Love BOA however this location has got to go

  If you are a person of color stay away I work hard more than the normal person and soon as I walked in the bank I immediately felt criminal I even had someone stand behind me as I’m making a withdrawal out of my account in case I was there for other reasons not to mention as soon as I approached the counter the lady tells me we don’t carry $100 bills really? I ended up walking out with $1500 in $20 bills not to mention she didn’t even count the money out to me just threw it under the window I will be closing my acct once my direct deposit changes

  This is the worst Bank of America I have ever seen in my life I went in there today to try to open up a checking's account one person working and the manager at the time said it will be a wait they have no good customer service whatsoever I'm glad I did not sign up with make of America another lady came in after me look around and left also because there is no help whatsoever if you need to talk to someone about your account or setting up an account one person working in the Bank to help customers with their accounts it is a waste of time and unprofessional I will be contacting The Better Bureau Business and letting them know how horrible is bank branch is thank you do not come to this branch they will not help you

  Just waited in line for 45 to deposit one check. The guy 5 people ahead of me was there for an hour he said. ONE teller. I was ok with all of that up until the point when the teller let her friend cut in line. 45 MINUTES I waited and I accepted their bs accuse for only having one teller, the line cut was the straw that broke the camel's back. Freaking absurd!
