Yes people, for once we have an entity that is customer driven. Employees of West Hills Branch of US Bank are knowledgeable, caring, and professional. With all the good things, there is a hurdle and it is not employees fault, it is Bank’s policy to Charge noncustomers a $5 fee to cash a check which often will offend the receiver. About other branches of US Bank, DON’T COUNT ON IT! Cause I have had horrible experience elsewhere like in poor neighborhood. In impoverished neighborhood, they are insulting, rude, and snobby. So 2 thumbs up West Hills, and 2 Thumbs down those who snob poor people.
