  I have been working with Matt on a professional level since 2018. When I started Real Estate in 2015 I didn’t know the importance of working with a trusted preferred lender. I had worked with a couple that did the loans for my buyers but there was always something missing or some form of disappointment from me or my buyers. Ever since Matt and I began working together I have had a much better success rate at getting clients offers accepted and closing escrow in a timely manner. Matt and I both work very similarly; we like to educate, create a plan, and be a resource for our clients as long as they own their home. In addition to helping my clients purchase homes he has also refinanced a majority of their loans as well. I have personally refinanced my house with Matt more than once. My husband and I gave him what are ultimate goal was and we developed a plan to get us there with our refinancing which was a multi step process. Matt also gives back to his community and clients which is the reason we started working together. Matt just understands how real estate works on every level and is a true asset to me and our clients.

  Five stars-plus for Matt and his team! This is our second opportunity to work with Matt. The first was during our home purchase and this time we refinanced. Matt was spot on in terms of his recommendation for timing of our refinance and very clear in detailing our options. Thanks to Matt’s counsel, we shaved five years off our mortgage term and got a great rate! We highly recommend Matt!

  I first contacted Matt Von Bergen months ago on the advice of my financial advisor. At the time Matt advised, "Wait. Now may not be the best time to refinance your home. I'll take your name and contact you when refinancing is to your best advantage." Honestly, I didn't think I'd hear from him. But I did. And now I have a refinanced mortgage more than a full point lower than my original mortgage. The process also went quickly, with any fees clearly stated upfront. I can honestly say that it was the best mortgage or refinance experience I've had to date.

  Michael Pearson made this such an easy choice and an amazing experience for me. He made everything simple and easy to understand. Answered all the questions I had, explained everything in detail and putting my portfolio together so simple. Kept in contact so you don’t feel like you’re alone, lost and wondering what’s going on. He updates you and advises you on what you should do and what the next following steps are. Just an amazing experience. I would definitely recommend.

  Although, I didn't end up with them as my lender. They were extremely helpful and gave me plenty of information regarding a loan I was already in. In the end I think I might've been better off going with this team rather then the larger entity I was already getting a loan from. They seemed to care more about the individuals best interest. Which is something you do not often see. I would highly recommend speaking with them. Also wanted to recommend Micheal Pearson, he is friendly and can guide you through.
