Nathan Philipp5The teller, Marquis (apologies if spelled incorrectly), helped me on a Saturday. He was very professional and patient as we worked to complete my bank account request. Dedicated parking lot with parking monitor helped me feel safe as I stepped inside to find an armed body guard at the entrance who greeted me. Throughout my time I felt safe, comfortable, and respected as a client. I would highly recommend this location and staff.

Matt Tang1Bank is supposed to be come into play during emergency since you have your saving there. I was in such situation today and went in rush to make a certified check for myself. I have been told that they don't have ink. This is not I want to hear from the bank. Not acceptable.

Christopher Rountree5A large fountain surrounding a 1920s Paul Manship sculpture of Europa riding Zeus in bull form sits in front of the bank, further marking the corner as a landmark and meeting place.

Rob Gon1INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE! I was CHASED by the CHASE manager to the streets!!! 15 minutes before: After a transaction with a teller from this branch and asking him whom to go with for opening a checking account, he pointed out at a lady who happened to be the Branch Manager by the name Kim. She told me to go to a cubicle and to wait for her after doing some sanitizing of the site. I thought great, what a great service, but not! I was wrong, unfortunately! After entering the cubicle that is when the nightmare began... After sitting down and introducing myself, the first thing she asked me was if I was a US Citizen? I said yes, and then she requested a proof of that... She said that she would not give me any information if I couldn't show her my legal status... All of a sudden I thought I was at the Immigration office... My natural response was... excuse me? What? Why? Her patience was getting poorer when I responded that I just had my CA Driver's License presented to the teller when I cashed a CC transaction... And then her patience went off. She started getting louder and louder, explaining me that she was a lawyer and whatever she was doing was legal, and there was not stop for her legal speech. It was more a lecturing lesson instead of a "welcome, thank you for choosing Chase bank. We would need 2 types of ID, maybe...? But not, she was rude in extreme and unnecessary harmful... even saying that I was the one with the problem because my eardrums were very sensitive, after asking her to lower her tone! I hope I hadn't say it though, because things got uglier, she started to yell at me and I responded on the same tone she was already yelling at me... She escorted me out not before telling me with all her powerful full-air lungs that I was not welcome at her branch, that I would never had to return to her bank!! Really? All customers and staff members got amazed and disturbed by her manners and I would say ever scared! She even 'CHASED' me to the parking lot. Only when I took my phone to record her, and me being on the street, that is when she stopped. It was REALLY scary!! She even had to apologize to all Chase customers at the branch because of the ugly, ugly, ugly scene on her way out behind my back. It is clear that she just wanted to hide her bad temperament and her anger problem, by blaming me for what? What did I do wrong? What?? I just really hope Chase handles an investigation and see through its videos the type of anger problem her MANAGER has in this branch. It was not a surprise to see so many reviews in this regard @ the same branch!! Chase has a problem in deed, a real one, with this type of management that contaminates the top to the base of the once friendly branch. At the end, I just walked away, and will choose another financial institution to handle my mortgage (not much, but a mortgage)... I just feel bad for the people that one day would have to go through this in the future... no matter the reviews or calls to alert of this. God bless and be safe!

Cyd Zeigler1Literally the worst staff I have ever had to deal with at a bank. It's incomprehensible that a bank management staff would hire people who do everything they can to not allow you to deposit checks made out to you and endorsed by you into your own bank account. They were not just unhelpful, they were rude and flat-out lied about instructions they had given me in the past. No other Chase Bank has staff that behaves like this. Hopefully Chase bank replaces the manager. Until then, I'll never go back to this branch again despite it being the closest to my house. Warning to other people interested in working with Chase: Find another bank to go to. There is a Bank of America right across the street with much more helpful management.

Chris Packard1I used this bank every week for 10 years. They constantly change over managers. Today the bank was about to open and i was trying to deposit a check in the outside atm. The manager was unlocking the door and i asked if i could borrow a pen. And he said NO. I said this is a bank. Its full of pens. He said we arent open yet. I said you are opening the door and just have to hand me the pen thats sitting right there. He said no. ITS THIS KIND OF SENSELESS REFUSAL TO BE CONSIDERATE TO THE COMMUNITY THAT THIS BRANCH CONTINUES 5O DEMONST5ATE. UNREASONABLE STUFF LIKE THIS DAY IN AN DAY OUT. Never more than one teller but yet 4 people to tell me to use the Atms. Be a member of the community and support the branches that have your back. Ridiculous managet. FIRE THIS MANAGER. ABSOLUTE JERK

Jeffrey (Jeff90046)1This place should get a -10 star review. I had a credit card with Chase Bank. They were and are very nice to me. But they are completely separate from chase Banking. I thought I would do them a favor and open a checking account. 8k plus some direct deposits. When I tried to take some money out of the ATM 2 weeks later, it did not work. I called, and they were nasty , accused me of fraud and it took 6 months to finally get my money back which totaled 14,000 because of the direct deposits. Every time I called I was lied to, checks in the mail, we sent it blah blah blah. Just the worse. I use to work for a bank. I knew because it was FDIC insured it was under Federal Jurisdiction. I hated to to this because and I thought they would laugh in my face, but I finally called the FBI.They did not laugh at all. And within 5 days I had my money back. F Them! Manager is a moron.

John Poe1Easily the worst experience I have ever had in 20 years of banking. Go ANYWHERE else but this location. The banker I spoke with, Emil, was extremely rude and provided zero help. Account was closed for no reason, and no explanation given. Then, I had to wait for a half hour just to get back the money that was in my account. Oh and they will mail a check.... which I can’t use. Because they closed the account.

H. L.3Chase is undergoing the same kind of changes the retail industry does. With most people doing 90% of their banking online - the physical banking locations seem deserted and understaffed. That however is no excuse for the lack of banking knowledge most of the staff displays. I remember - not that long ago - that Chase had real business bankers and educated consumer bankers. Now it feels like they hired the worst staff from Circuit City.
