J T2Great branch for anything but teller visits. Anything outside the ATM needs will take you at least 30 minutes to process because every branch is limited to 2, maybe 3 tellers if you’re lucky. Chase is no different.

Jeff Gormley1The hours posted online are wrong. Went to this location on Canoga Ave. This dumb sign was posted at the locked doors. Notice that the current hours were modified. The lobby is supposed to be open on Saturdays, until June 27. Many other frustrated customers came and went in just the short time we were in the parking lot.

I stayed on line for a long time and cashier did not how to cash a check that it says CASH and then i waited manager to help me took for ever to get there and then he did not know how to do it ether. I wasted my Saturday. I will recommend this bank. Hire people that knows how to do their job.

Piya1They have really long lines at this location and the managerial staff is very dismissive to customer complaints. Their ATM machines are always getting stuck in the middle of a transaction and then it terminates your transaction out of the blue. They have 3 ( ATM ) machines and the one closest to the entrance door terminates your transaction without a reason and then swallows up the debit card. Hopefully the corporate will read this review and give coaching to the managerial staff to run the branch keeping customer service as a primary goal. I have done my part in letting the corporate know of the malfunctioning ATM and the sub par managerial staff service at this location and I should not as a customer have to chase the social media via Facebook or Twitter for action on improvements as suggested by the posted response to my review.

k z1I try to avoid this particular branch mainly because of their very bad customer service. Every time I went there I had a bad experience. Most recently I went to the ATM at this location to withdraw some money and then I went inside and asked the bank teller named "Shiva" for "two" white envelopes and she responded by why I needed the envelopes for, which I told her to put my money in them, then she said she could give me one envelope which has the BOA logo on it, which I told her that I'd rather have two of the white envelopes, then she just grabbed "one" envelope with the tip of her fingernails and literally tossed it into the deal trey and then gave me a very weird look! All this attitude just for an envelope! I do not recommend this place for anything!

patricia becerra1I had an appointment at this location and the business banker Umar Khumar did not help us adding signers on a business account even though we had all the documents, very bad service. I won’t come back to this location
