  We are supposed to close on our house tomorrow and our loan advisor told us yesterday that it was his last day out of nowhere. No one from this company has reached out to us to give us any insight. We have called every number possible and emailed every email we can find. This is so unprofessional and detrimental to peoples lives.

  I bought my house last year with REX so I already knew I was in good hands this time around when refinancing! I had the pleasure of working with Hamlet, Tina, and Erin who are all great. Whether it was by phone or email they always kept me up-to-date on documents to submit/sign, current interest rates, where we were in the overall process, and what to expect next. Any questions I had were answered promptly and anything I didn't understand was explained to me. They truly made me feel comfortable going through this process which can be difficult or stressful without the hard work put in by everyone at REX. I highly recommend working with them to satisfy your real estate needs! Thanks again for everything you guys do!

  We were working in a very compressed timeline and the Rex team brought us to the finish line comfortably within that goal. Our primary contacts were available whenever we reached out including weekends and evenings and were always pleasant and attentive to our needs. Moving so quickly through the process made it very important to stay in contact to avoid confusion as things moved around...the REX team did a great job of working through our questions and guiding us through the overall process as first time home buyers.

  I worked with Doug at Rex and I coulsnt have been happier with a home loan team then I was with Doug and his team. He workednwith me and explained what he needed and what we had to do to make things works. No asking for things multiple times, no confusion and the personal attention was stellar. I felt that Doug was in my corner to really help me not sell me. I've worked with other companies many times before and Doug is very efficient. We held off on moving forward for now but we will be back as soon as we are ready to move forward! Thanks Doug!

  I had the pleasure of working with Doug Sheridan of REX Home Loans. He is by far the smartest, efficient and most caring individual I’m ever met in the real estate space. I’m retired military and a two year breast cancer survivor and he’s also a veteran. But I don’t believe it was just our veteran status that prompted him to help me. I believe it’s in his DNA to render help to those who might be getting taken advantage of, like I was. He understood my plight of not having worked full time, for a period of recovering after my 6th surgery. Doug went out of his way to advocate for me to get the customer service I deserved, a lower interest rate, and best of all, helping to get me to closing with a ridiculously low dollar amount. I would work with Doug any day and recommend anyone in the market for buying or selling a home, to reach out to Doug Sheridan. He will fight to get you the best rate that’s within your budget. Once a Marine, always a Marine, who leaves no one behind. You’re my hero Doug!

  Buying a home is nerve-racking enough and then I heard about Rex so I called them to find out whether what they said was true and it was I saved lots of money I was so glad to have a team like Rex watch my back and make sure I didn’t get taken advantage of. Kara, Michele and Doug all gave me the best Service and got me the best rates at the lowest cost. I was so glad to have a team like that help me with every step of the way and once I got the house I was so happy I couldn’t thank them enough

  I can't say enough good things about Doug. This guy's the greatest. First time home buyer and he made this the least stressful process. Got me very low interest rate, took personal time to work on closing the house. Just very exceptional guy. If you have Doug on your team, don't worry about a damn thing. You are his #1 priority.   My husband and I used Rex Home Loans to finance our new house. What could have been a tricky and confusing experience was seamless and rewarding, because Michelle with Rex was fully in our corner. No matter how many times I called or emailed her, she responded promptly, listened to me fully, and helped me understand the home loan process. She brought a level of kindness and compassion to the process that I have not received in my previous homebuyer experiences. On top of all of this, my husband and I received a great interest rate!   Man oh Man where to begin? I wish I had Tina, Michelle and Doug with me on every single financial transaction that I have to make throughout life. No exaggeration.... This team bent themselves backwards and went way above and beyond the call of duty to ensure I was a happy camper. From shopping for rates (I shopped four lenders). REX Home Loans beat them all hands down. Once we opened Escrow, Tina and Michelle were with me all the way. Explaining everything that did not make sense and guiding me through this what was suppose to be a long painful process. Instead they made it as easy as possible by always keeping me posted and having an open line of communication. We were always on the same page and it literately felt like I had my a dedicated team just for me. Highly recommended. Thank you REX Home Loans. Will see you in few years for refi (hopefully rates drop even lower :))
