  I am trying to find out why these banks are closing doors and can’t afford to pay someone to sit in a chair and look at a computer to do their job without an attitude. They got rid of the temporary debit cards and went digital. Well I got news for you, the digital card is not working. You guys make billions of dollars a year and loan out every one of your customers dollars to someone else to keep YOUR business going but when I need a simple debit card I am asking for too much? Of course I will get a robotic response from some representative telling me sorry but not sorry. Save it for someone else.

  Bank of America doesn’t deserve our business. Customer service is at the bottom of their concerns as evidenced by NEVER answering the phones at bank branches(including this one), long waits due to understaffing, and closing branches at unscheduled times therefore denying services due to customers. Sorely disappointed since we have been customers for many years. However, I am sure other banks will be happy to have our business.

  Girl with attitude seriously I’m trying to deposit huge amount of money so she open the door and saying sorry we closed we going to lunch when their hours says 9:00am to 5:00pm so there’s no one to help you.! So all bofa employees go to lunch at the same time.!

  No one in the line and yet 20 minutes wait, not only that, new employees who ask the manager to approve everything one at the time, never back to this branch. Sadly to say it use to be the best branch.

  I wasn't asked my security question to access funds. The teller didn't even ask which account I wanted funds out of. I created this because of identity theft, but this is the only Bank of America branch that failed to ask/challenge me as instructed. Consistency is important to me - this location failed to live up!

  No one answers the phone at this branch and they don’t have Voice Mail, which means they don’t care and I have over one dozen, possibly even two dozen accounts, but they don’t care!
