  Out of All Wells Fargo i like this location. Thank you to eric segura, he is a friendly and professional gentlemen. He had helped me threw out the way regarding my accounts. I feel safe and secure. I would recommend people to ask for him. He will get things done. In general it's a friendly environment.

  Racially profiled for doing a bank run for my job. Asked me for two forms of ID and I always do the deposits for the company, but the day i go get petty cash the clerk wouldn’t allow it I called my supervisor to ask if they’ve ever asked him for ID when he did the bank run and if he had an account with them and he said no to both questions. Why as a black woman, was I racially profiled by another minority. Sad WF!

  My advice (having been a WFB customer - at all levels of WFBank - for decades) is BE CAREFUL of this branch. The staff (with possible exception of Branch Manager) is affable and as helpful as they can be, but they do not possess the authority to help with the larger, from-the-top-down, usurious policies of WFB itself.

  Great staff, very nice and the manager Olivia Biro is courteous and simply a great person and I hope Wells Fargo lets her know that people like her make everyday just a little bit better.

  yes, and if you are an international business client in any way, they have no way to deal with you. Try the 800 number , that's a wonderful way to be ignored - my branch of 15 years cannot talk to me directly. How does that make sense.
