  The worst customer service ever. I have been making change at this branch every week for almost 3 years and today they decide to ask for a business account number that they have never asked for before. I explained that NY boss is the one with that information and I've never been asked to provide it before so I don't have it on me. Mitsy refused to make change for me. They simply could have made the change and next time I would make sure to have that information. I don't understand why its so difficult to make the exception one time. Instead they were rude and unwilling to satisfy the customer.

  This bank has been closed a lot. How inconvenient.!!!!

  Large parking structure and I had a great experience opening up my business account. The person helping me was very knowledgeable and personable. I will be coming to this branch from now on.

  The good: very large parking area The bad: there is always an unacceptably long line. Expect to wait 20 minutes to speak with a teller. Use the ATM if you can.

  I went in to cash a check given to me by my father the teller didn't get her name but I belive is latina wears glasses with her hair pulled back said I couldn't cash the check something to do with the signature which is outrageous! Because I don't have an account with BOfA they give u a hard time she was extremely rude and did say the problem is I didn't have an account with them Im waiting till this afternoon going to call the bank manager

  This place is quite close from my house ,therefore I love coming here but now I feel like I'm not welcome here I feel they treat me like a criminal by the staff wich is very unfair what happened to me it could happen to anyone I'm considering cancelling my account if i I have knowledge of everything from the bank I will never put a foot there.

  Good ...like it. Been there more than 25 years. If u go there before 12, don't have to worry about the long line.

  It's a cool spot.They just need more tellers at times. It's low key. Overall never had any issues.

  One teller at noon. Impossible to get out of here in an hour. They should close this location or get new employees

  horrible branch. 2 tellers on a saturday with a line of 30+ people. what a joke.
