Glenda Alonzo5The wait is about 1 hour. You have to stand outside in the heat. There is a separate line for ATM. Bring your mask, umbrella and chair. All the other BofA banks are closed. The staff is friendly and they even brought us water. Be patient, smile, and bring your husband to talk. He went and got me Pupusas and we finally made it inside the Bank. Be positive, life is good.

Juan O5Guadalupe Serrata is an outstanding employee! He delivered world class service to me over the phone and made me realize why I’ve been loyal to the bank for 30 plus years. Bank of America’s company culture always seems to exceed my expectations. They listen, they’re trustworthy and most of all find solutions for any obstacle you’re facing. I love this bank. King Kern5I have been a customer for over 30 years, I go there almost every week. They offer convenient locations and have superior customer service. The Staff is always friendly and helpful at this specific location. I’d like to give a special shoutout to Lupe Serrata for giving me a thorough walk through of the mobile app and helping me finally realize how fast and safe it is. Thank you sir! Rian Marie1I went to this BOfA to use the ATM. The employee working named Daisy came out, made her way infront of me very rudely to use the atm before me, even though there is a long line. Then has the audacity to tell me I’m not standing in line and I need to go else where. I asked for her name and she hid her name tag. So I called to complain and she answered the phone asking what I wanted. I asked to speak to her boss and she would not answer me just kept rudely asking me what I want. She needs to be fired in my opinion. I have done many business transactions with this location and I always get bad attitude from the same person. Why I have no idea. I usually deal with Daniel who is phenomenal with everyone I’ve seen him help.

Infinite Vitality1Thought it was pretty rude to have an employee come up to me and ask how much I had in my bank account. Pretty common question to ask, I guess. Felt embarrassed that I had to answer that question. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. Probably won't return to this location. I can't even say I'm rich in happiness. Thank you for reminding me how bad life really is.
