  I came to the bank today just to make a simple withdrawal and one of the tellers named (arsene) was not able to help me. I didn't have a card because I've been waiting a few weeks for replacement one in the mail. I gave him all of my information social number ,date of birth and presented my ID but he was rude and said that my information was incorrect. I then asked for a manager and I was immediately helped and the situation was cleared but his customer service skills are severely lacking and I found his tone and mood very disrespectful. If I could give zero stars for my experience today I would

  Bank of America is horrible in general. I had a problem with a transaction and called customer service more than 3 times to fix this problem. On each call, I waited on the phone for over half an hour for customer service. The last customer service rep not only did not help, but blocked the access to my online banking account. So, now I need to go to a Bank of America branch to prove my ID to regain my ability to use online banking. Went on Google Map to look for Bank of America nearest me because I see signs for this bank everywhere. It turns out that they put out business signs at sites where they just have an ATM. I can't wait to close my account and transfer my business elsewhere.

  Just wow! 20 minute wait to see teller. Got to be kidding me!! It’s like the DMV here. I’m only here because of my Edd card. Otherwise I would stick with chase and Wells Fargo. There are sooo many choices for the rest of people in line. Why torture yourself??

  The slowest service I’ve had and it’s not the 1st time .. this bank is always short staffed and if you think you can get in and out in 20 min … well good luck . Going to find another bank to deal with .

  Needed a cashier’s check. I was in and out super fast. Overall they were very accommodating.

  Took some copies to get them notorized, but they told me they cannot notarize some of them (which is weird because other branches do). Then I went to UPS for notary, and they clearly explained the process, attached some other notary forms to the copies I provided and then notarized them. I'm having an account with BoFA for many years, but this branch didn't even try to make it happen. The representative wasn't clear about why they can't notarize it, neither had any idea about it.

  Never ask JESSICA if you run into this BOA Millbrae. Least customer service I have from the bank. Her help was rudely delivered and I needed to find another teller for my business without seeing her attitude.

  this branch is corrupt, they are run by middle eastern employees, now thats not the reason they are corrupt, what make s them corrupt is they refuse to cash a check from your employer unless you open up a checking or savings account, thats blackmail. they have been reported to the fdic, and the occ for there tactics, take your business elseware, stand up for the litle guy.

  Still poor customer service... only 2 teller help customers .they try to keep many customers inside. Also many customers are waiting outside and too long.

  Online appointment system doesn't make sense since you have to wait in line anyway.
