      I have been a member since 2016 and have been really happy with their customer service in my experiences there. One bank teller that stands out the most would be Shrawan Ghimire. Anytime I stop by or how busy it can get he shows great patience and takes care any of my bank needs. He gives professional service every visit and has one of the best attitudes there. Because of his expamlary customer service I return without any complaints.

      Used to be a good location but as of 11/5/2016, they are refusing to participate in the shared banking for members of other credit unions. There were never very long waits there, so I am mystified why they would stop accepting shared banking business. Perhaps they want to cut one or two teller positions?
