  I went to withdraw funds and order a new bank card because the app wasn't allowing me to order one. I was welcomed at the door and told to get the money from the teller and she would assist me with the card. I asked "If I get a mobile debit card could I just make the withdrawal from an atm?". I was told yes, but until someone can help you get the funds from the teller and I will order your card afterward. I was able to get a card ordered over the phone while waiting in line. No one said anything to me on my way out. This is the 2nd bad experience when going to this particular location.

  out of 5 ATMs they only have one working, 1 hour to make a deposit and be able to pass with the person who attends

  This is one of the best BofA branches around. The Staff is respectful and honest. I really wouldn't take those 1 star reviews seriously..... a number of them give this Branch a 1 for reason that have nothing to do with the Branch itself yet have everything to do with BofA corperate decisions of other departments. Definitely on of the best Branches in Baltimore.

  This place is a JOKE. Stay away from BOA, please. Sadly all my accounts are here. I’ll be switching to Chase. They close without notice, without even putting up a sign. And when they are open, they have hours long lines.

  This place has the worst customer service. I can in to make a deposit and change pesos to dollars. I got skipped in line several times. And waited over 1 hr. I recommend switching banks, can all bofa be this bad?

  The customer service there is horrible. First, the lady who waited on me had an attitude. She didn’t even speak. She had a stern, “How can I help you”, tone. I was denied cash advance because of the name on my card and my drivers license didn’t have the same thing. My card didn’t have junior on it and the back of the card wasn’t signed. I’ve never been told this before but I was given cash advances before, from other Bank of Americas. No other ID option was given for me. I was just denied. The lady was had a nasty attitude about it. I recommend other banks. If this is how you all are conducting the customer service, it’s better for me to bank elsewhere.

  I had the absolute best customer service experience at this Bank of America. Very impressed with the staff and assistance I received. I do wish they had some coffee in the office but that is an easy fix!

  I got the chance to visit this location today 1/7/2019. My partner and I were excited to cash in our change that we had saved up all year. We were greeted by a very lovely women and directed to the teller line. When it was our turn we walked up to Sharon Perlizer (I think, considering her name tag was upside down). She greeted us with a grunt and then proceed to excuse herself for a moment while she walked over to a different tellers line to get a recipe from another customer. After she realized it was going to be a longer convo she excused herself from the convo and came back to assist us. The moment my partner (who is a customer of Bank of America) told her we had rolled coins to cash and some we still needed to roll, her attitude changed to visibly irratated. We asked her if we should move out of line to roll the rest ($10 in quarters and $1 in pennies, total of three remaining rolls) she shrugged, annoyed. We processed to get the coins in the roll and deposit the change into my partners account. I work and have worked in customer service for over 10 years and have also worked in banking, I have never seen such disrespect and lack of professionalism. Unacceptable.

  Tellers for the most part are very nice to deal with. Bank is way under staffed so you'll be there a lot longer then you should have.

  Horrible time consuming service! They are horrible and try to waste your time. you are better just using online banking to get most work done!!!!
