  What a disaster of a bank… over an hour wait on a weekday to pull out cash … one teller and over a dozen people is the norm. It’s been like this the last few times I’ve been here. Time to find a new bank.

  This branch recently managed by (Jonathan Pruy), is extremely disappointing, disgusting, immature, dysfunctional, unprofessional, unpleasant, rude & egotistical, uneducated, unethical, etc. I highly recommend you stay far away, as I had an appointment today (which was pre-scheduled) and locked in to sign some very important business documents, unfortunately I was kept waiting for 35 minutes on the couch, when there was 10 other employees dwindling there fingers, and only one customer waiting in the teller line, and I could not been seen, when (Johnathan) emphasized that he would personally take care of me regarding the docs, and clearly doesn’t know how to run a major branch.

  Just a typical Bank of America bank. I give it five stars because it's newly remodeled, always clean, I can get appointments pretty easily online, and there's not too long of a wait for a teller.

  The manager is so kind and caring about the customers. All the staffs were friendly and helped me a lot.
