      Very poor customer services, waited for a long time but no banker came to greet. Only one teller working who couldn’t keep up with the workload and apparently lack of the competency to do his job. The manager himself (Jorge) had an attitude, which explains why this is THE worst BOA center I’ve been to.

      Impossible to get someone to answer the phone at the branch. Other than that, the location is fine. 2 ATMs on the outside where you can pretty much do everything you need including deposits. No need for a teller. Must go in and visit if ordering money and you're not comfortable doing it online. (ex. Foreign currency, coin. ..)

      Very slow service even at 2:30pm. Went in to open an account & they had me waiting for 40 minutes so I left. I think the concept of customer service has bypassed BoA

      Love how most BofA are closed...... Long waits at the few that are open, making everyone go to the same place..... Not safe, Not good service.

      Horrible customer service, waited for over 30mins before a rep even came out to greet everyone. 15 more minutes went by so just i left.
