  This is my third refinance with Direct realty & Mortgage in the past 6 months. I refinanced my primary residence with Indy and his team first. The experience was so great that I did not hesitate for a second to start the refinance process for my investment properties. Working with Jazz is a smooth, pleasant experience. I'm talking about speed and efficiency. I recommend Direct Realty & Mortgage to all my friends. I just refinanced another investment property with Direct Realty & Mortgage. This time I worked with Jasmin who cleared my 22 conditions in three days. She is a critical thinker and problem solver. Therefore she did not call me or ask for my involvement unless it was absolutely necessary and still was able to most efficiently close in record time.

  Indy and his team (Suman) are hands down the best and most professional mortgage broker I've ever worked with in my 6 years of doing real estate. Words can't express my gratitude for his hard work, fast response, sound advice, transparency, honesty, etc.. I mean the list can go on. One of my favorite character about him is his integrity, he does what he says he will. I've close many successful and fast transaction with him and believe me when I say this, I worked with so many lenders in the past. He even help my client save a deal that the other lender decline. He goes above and beyond to find a solution. You know your mortgage broker is amazing when you trust him to do your own personal investment loan. Yes, I couldn't be more happier. Everything from start to finish was smooth sailing. His communication style is impeccable and he taught his team very well, they kept in contact with me every step of the way. Indy is crazy efficient and fast. I can't wrap my head around the fact that he has tons of client but at the same time responds whenever you need him, he makes you feel like you're the only client he's working with.   My wife and I bought our first home three years ago. Due to the high interest rate we were locked in at that time we decided to refinance our home. Indy and his team were worked so well with us in the entire process! Indy explained everything in detail from the first day we spoke to the day we closed! Indy did the best job of finding us a great rate as well crunching the numbers so our monthly payment was more than comfortable for us.   Indy helped me with my ReFi with my primary home and I am really thankful to him for getting me the best rate at the time. While I was shopping around in July 2020 when mortgage rates dipped, the rates I was getting was between 3-3.25% with some closing cost. Indy got me a special promotion going on with Quicken at the time at 2.703% for 29 year fixed with appraisal waived. I was at 4% (30 year fixed), this low rate lowered my payment by more than $400 every month and I was able to get rid of my mortgage insurance as well. The closing cost was less than 4K which was very minimal considering I got the rate at par without buying any points. He kept me informed at every step of the ReFi from locking my rate and closing within 45 days and there were no surprises during the whole process. Thank you very much Indy, you got my future business and I highly recommend him.

  Working with Indy and his team at Direct Realty and Mortgage has been a big blessing. For someone who is buying a house for the first time, you need someone very well experienced like Indy who can explain you everything and clear out all your concerns. I did not had to worry about anything as Indy and his team took care of every single requirement and left me to do shopping for the new place. I would like to truly appreciate Indy and Suman who were there for me at every step and was not bothered at all by me calling them 50 times a day to ask questions. I would love to work with him and his team again when I decide to buy another house or even refinancing.
