  Working with Aaron and Amber for our loan was a great experience. Communication was easy and responses timely. Aaron and Amber were proactive coordinating with all the players (several time zones apart) and we were able to close weeks early.   I found Cali Mortgage by chance, on a Google search. I was impressed with all the positive reviews! I needed an experienced loan officer to help me with a complex loan that could easily fall through if it weren’t carefully handled; needless to say, I was very worried! Aaron was very communicative and that made all the difference! He let me know where we were every step of the way, and called me every day to give me updates and ask if I had any questions. In previous dealings with other loan officers I had felt uncertain with the process and left in the dark. When I came to Aaron, he reassured me he would get the job done and FAST! He didn’t let me down! We closed with several days to spare (right before Christmas) and it made for the best Holiday! Couldn’t have been happier! Highly recommend Aaron and his team.

  Outstanding group to work with. We used Aaron and his team for 3 mortgages. Each was painless and straightforward. Will use his services again in the future. (2015 post) Update Feb 2021.... We've been back to Aaron for an additional 3 refinances since Dec 2019, each time for a lower 30 year rate! Yes 3, this year has been crazy with dropping mortgage rates, and we took advantage! We were able to save hundreds on our payments, and improve our retirement budget! As always, Aaron and his team did a stellar job, communicated well and were always professional.

  I just wanted to take a minute to shout out to Aaron Knutson at Cali mortgage. I am a single mom and I've done quite a few loans through him and he makes it very very easy and seamless. The process is actually so good it almost feels like it can't be real because the loan just funds and you really didn't have to do anything. He is very responsive on phone text and email which I appreciate. and he's been in the business for a very long time and knows loans like the back of his hand. So if you're looking for a great loan officer and a easy seamless process I highly recommend going through Cali mortgage with Aaron Knutson

  Based our situation, we had a some challenging obstacles with getting our refinance completed with our home. Andrew and his staff were very patient and professional with us and guided us through the difficult parts. They certainly had our best interest in mind. We had considered other companies, but glad we went the local route and selected Cali Mortgage. Definitely recommend them! for refinancing needs.

  Excellent team for getting my mortgage. Very good rates, low fees/closing costs, closed in 20 days! Aaron was available whenever i needed him to write an offer letter, day or night. Staff walked me thru forms. Couldnt have been smoother process!
