      Where's the party?? Apparently behind the teller counter! Only one teller, but I we have a greeter. What's that all about? Total waste of my time and your human resources. OPEN ANOTHER TELLER WINDOW!! It is not a privilege to bank here!

      Bank of America is a joke. Every time I go into one of their establishments there is a line that takes nearly 30 minutes because they only have 1 teller working. The frustrating part is that while we wait in line there are half a dozen other employees doing nothing...maybe they could step up and help? Businesses use to be about customer service and took pride in it...not anymore.

      A few months back I left my ATM card in the machine, and the staff could not have handled it any better. They were gracious but followed all security protocols.

      The tellers here are very friendly and helpful. I have never been to a bank that has had better service.

      Only 1 teller, they said it will take 15 minutes waiting. I've been waiting for 10 minutes, no one comes and help this teller. This is ridiculous, 3 people waiting

      No outside ATM machines. Graffiti on the ATM machines inside. Lots of trash in parking lot and sidewalk. Not sure why they can’t sweep.
