JoAnn Uzeta2Lately they have disappointed me. I have had to close my account twice and had an alert put on the account the last time that no deposits were to be made into my account unless they were made at the Tuolumne Branch. Someone out of the Merced Branch lifted the alert and accepted the deposit. Violated is how I feel. They only want money regardless of who it hurts. Thanks Travis for your support. I will be closing that account again in a few days.

Scott W5Travis Credit Union has been great so far, they were incredibly helpful when I refinanced my home. Much better than the previous bank I dealt with.

Jean Likover5I have banked here for years. All the people are helpful and courteous. when there is a line, it is usually fairly fast moving. I get free checking and high interest rates. I also had a car loan from there for a really low interest rate. What's not to like? They are local, they hire local people, they pay a living wage and they do not rob you with fees on everything like B of A, Wells Fargo and Chase. also they have not beggared the country with criminal activity as the above 3 banks have

USA Houses1This creepy guy came up behind me while I was at the teller trying to exchange some 20's I got out of their atm for 100's and it turns out he was an employee there. It's very disturbing that this rude person thinks it's ok to come up behind someone and start bothering them when their in the middle of a transaction. They should have gone behind the glass next to the teller if they were an employee, or at least wore a name tag or identify themselves as an employee if they were offering assistance. I thought the guy was very rude and intimidating and he made me feel not only uncomfortable but unsafe, then he started to really bother me and give me a hard time because I was merely questioning the teller as to why it needed to take several minutes asking me stupid questions I've already answered several times plus asked her to not talk so loud about as to if I wanted 100 dollar bills or 1 dollar bills. She was speaking so everyone in the bank could hear and that's just poor banking practice and that man (who's supposedly the manager there, even though his business card says he's a financial person from the Fairfield branch after examining it) kept laughing and mocking me merely because I wanted to not be around his crazy fool self. If that guy is their branch manager, I feel very sorry for the employees and customers there because he is a very disturbed individual, and quite scary. Needless to say, I'm looking for a new bank to do all my personal and business transacting with right now.
