  Great experience from start to finish. Initial contact (Mohammed Ahmed) took the time to answer every question I had and quickly secured the best rate available. The Loan Processor's (Artin Nazarian) communication was punctual and on point. He told me what he needed from us every step of the way. Everything was easily completed online and the notary for closing came to us! I didn't know refinancing could be this easy.

  I didn't work through the refinance process with Cake Mortgage but I did have an initial call. The guy was a bit pushy. I didn't care for it, I couldn't even finish my sentence without him cutting me off to ask me another question. That can be typical in the loan industry, so with this company I just didn't see a difference in service.

  I reached out to Millenial Home Lending based on a referral a friend of mine gave me. I spoke with a representative Andre who did an excellent job proactively telling me what I can expect from the refinance process, what paper-work is typically needed, and why a credit inquiry is required. Upon agreeing to what they asked I was connected with my Processor Azad who made me feel like my specific loan was her top priority. There wasn’t a single missed call or any confusion in anything that she was asking of me. Thank you Millenial for making this such an informative and streamlined process.

As with any mortgage/refi, there are always going to be some bumps along the road, but the team at Millennial was there to help every step of the way. My Loan Processor Haik Khachatryan was patient and caring. He went above and beyond to help me navigate the process, and ensure it was as smooth as possible. I am so grateful for all of the hard work that Haik and his team put in to get my refi closed.   Working with Andrew and Christin at Millennial Home Lending (MHL) was a breath of fresh air! I had already started my refi with another company and the team that I was working with went MIA for almost a month. After several attempts to make contact with no success, and while the process was going on MONTH #3, I was beyond frustrated! So, I decided to take my business elsewhere. Granted, I had to restart the entire refi process over again, but it was so worth it. From beginning to end, the entire process with MHL took a little over 3 weeks!!! Andrew was very professional, friendly and courteous on my initial phone call to start the loan application process. My load officer, Christin, was always very well organized and knowledgeable, had great follow-up and was always readily available to answer any question I had. The entire process was stream-lined and stress free. I'm so glad that I decided to work with the team at MHL and I would recommend using this company for your financial needs.
