      I just had the best phone call with an associate on the customer service line close to this area. She stated she was in Marshall, Texas and the line disconnected while we were talking about life. Honestly, such a sweet human being and I couldn’t get a hold of her again so I just wanted to say, if you are out there girl, thank you for making my day! You were so sweet & I wish you and your little family the best on your move to Dallas! I wish I remembered your name! Thank you again for helping me out!! Xoxo!

      I moved here from Dallas and honestly believe this is the best Bank of America location I've ever been to. The manager Eric here always gets things done and is pleasant to deal with. It's clean and well operated. Always a great banking experience.

      I made an appointment to open an account, and I went in before the time of the appointment. No one was available to greet me or check me in to my appointment at the door, counter, or in the lobby, so I waited in the lobby. While I was waiting in the lobby, my appointment was cancelled via email likely because no one checked me in. I waited another 30 minutes, and still, no one was available to respond to my questions or concerns. This place is horrible and has zero customer service. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU NEED ANYTHING AT ALL!

      Bank hours are completely ridiculous for being in a town this size. 9-4 do not work for people with jobs.

      Just a note to the gentleman was dressed like a manager today (khaki sport coat, Jan. 22nd) and said "these people wait to come in 10 minutes to close", some of us work an hour away and need to make a deposit for said job and this is the closest branch available. Not everyone can get here when you feel like being professional and courteous. In the future, perhaps the gentleman should keep his opinions to himself while on the lobby floor walking past a line of customers. To the ladies working here: keep it up, I'm so sorry you have to deal with that tool on a daily basis. You women are the true rock stars. Thank you.

      There is absolutely great improvement with the service, I went in braced for disappointment based on the reviews, let's just say I was disappointed, I couldn't have asked for a better service, the guy that helped me name is Paul if I'm not mistaken, but his office is on the first stall on the right. He was very patient and treated me with respect, I loved it.

      Tellers are friendly but this location is chronically SEVERELY understaffed, both inside and at the drive-thru. I’ve endured excessive wait times for many years. One day after a particularly long wait of 45 minutes (no, I’m NOT exaggerating). I called and asked to speak with a manager to make a simple suggestion. She basically told me I should have came inside instead and was very rude. Let me point out a fact here too - there is an elevated concrete curb when you are in the commercial lane which prevents you from being able to leave the lane once you are in line unless you are willing to damage your vehicle. Obviously management leaves much to be desired here. Go elsewhere!! I have a personal account at Chase that I am extremely happy with. I highly recommend Chase, or any other bank other than this one!

      What a waste of a brick and mortar location! They close so early! Would it hurt them to close an hour and a half later Monday through Thursday with only 2 or 3 of staff? We, your customers, work! What percentage of your working customers can get to your location before 4? Also, when they're open only the tellers are tending to customers. Management is gossiping away in their cubicles acting like they don't see us. If you're not into customer service do us all a favor and quit please, let someone who wants to help us fill your spot! 🤬 Bank of America use your cameras and watch how they're not interested in helping us get our banking done. You're paying them anyway, pressure them to actually work please.
