  Cesar and Eric are an absolutely delightful! It feels like family every time I go in. I truly adore the professionalism they both have. I’ve been there when some customers get outraged for stuff that is absolutely their own faults. I’ll give a few examples… just recently was a dude with a crossbow said they didn’t call him. I was present when he came in to redeem it They apologized and informed him again how the layaway plan works. He admitted to forgetting his due dates but still got angry at them for selling it.

  Put son a wicked ridge crossbow on layaway. Forgot to stop by and pay monthly fees. Came by a week later to get it out for my son's 18th birthday and they done pulled it.and sold it .without even a phone call to let me know. Not happy. Sons birthday is tomorrow

  I am very happy with the service I received at this location. About a month ago,I pawned my very special Banjo here. I got 75 dollars loan for it and I was very impressed. I also am very thankful and grateful that I was able to easily get my banjo back. I didn't have to pay much more in order to get it out. I am proud that this business keeps your stuff and takes care of it. I give it five stars!

  I've been here a couple times. I brought in some tools, appliances, jewelry, and a guitar I was willing to sell for the right price. All the staff I spoke with were quite friendly and didn't hesitate to offer assistance. I wasn't there to buy, but I did notice a few bargains here and there (for instance, there was a fishing pole for $1 😆). For the jewelry I brought in, the shop paid out more than I had expected, although they were rather picky about accepting kitchen appliances even in hardly-used condition. I received a small amount for the tools, but kept my guitar due to an unreasonably low offer (didn't really want to part with it anyway). Overall it's a decent shop with helpful staff, and I was paid a fair bit of cash for an armload of items I no longer had any use for. 👍

  The "Assistant Manager Eric" was rude, unprofessional, & disrespectful when my husband & I went there to make a purchase. Afterwards, he flagged my acct because of his personal issue now anytime I go to First Cash, the staff looks at me crazy like I've done something wrong although I have a good history/reputation there. I don't know what his issue was, but it is obvious that he was either mentally disturbed or very agitated for unknown reasons. The other girls there just looked on in disbelief. He couldnt understand that my husband was paying for something for ME. We just got a refund & spent our money elsewhere. His customer service was horrible & never should paying customers be treated with such disrespect & have their name flagged unjustly wish someone would respond or look into this.

  Everything there is clean and well priced. Staff is smart and caring when it comes to bargaining. Wide selection too, I always love to just check this place out and see all the cool guns, guitars, and knick-knacks

  Awesome store, great customer service, I purchased 2 game systems and a tons of games for my 2 girls. It was a lot cheaper then GameStop or game exchange.. staff went way out of there way to help me.. I will definitely be a regular customer..

  It seems like every time I come here to pawn my tv here and I get it back the batteries in the tv remote dont work anymore. I literally just had put brand new batteries in my remote and then had to pawn my tv the next day. And when I got my tv back yesterday the batteries were completely dead. My tv was only in the pawn shop for 4 days... And its happened every time I pawned my tv there... I wont be going back

  One star is too much. Every time I use this place for a purchase or a loan I have issues. Usually with the "manager". Went to pick up my merchandise and they told me I needed to pay more than what was agreed on even with TWO paper proofs of what I owed they still demanded more or they would continue to hold it. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN!!!
