  I had bad experience with the front desk representative/ receptionist denying me to do wire transfer service, her reason was because it’s Saturday when in fact I have been doing the same service on Saturdays.

  Worst BofA brunch ever. I opened a business account. I bought credit card merchandise because they told me everything free. they send me Broken merchandise. Of course I returned them and closed my accounts and after 6 months later they send me a letter I have to pay Broken merchandise cost. It is not fair.

  We were wait for a while but Anthony Mondesir took care of us,like we were already know each other.He is so humble and friendly teller ever I meet in my entire life.very nice person he deserve more respect from BOA..We are so thankful

  Super slow, only one teller the rest are just walking Around, they don’t care if there is people waiting in line, too many bosses and only one person working the most important part of bank business.

  I wish i could give them 0 star, i was standing on line for 25 min and there was a short line, the taylor whos name was Sharita she did not want to work, i think she hates her job, and the other employees only there standing and gossiping, no one was working, had a horrible customer service experience, i would never ever return to this location. They need to train the employees before higher them. ... Never Again

  Extremely long wait times for teller transactions. Especially annoying when you are on a lunch break and have to wait 30 to 45 minutes. They need more coverage between the 12-2 hours.

  Disappointed . I used the atm and just wanted change. I ended up waiting 15 minutes online. Watching people in the back chat and walk around while only one teller was working.

  HORRIBLE WENT ON A SATURDAY TO PAY MY STUPID BANK OF AMERICA CREDIT CARD. PACKED, REALLY LONG LINE ONLY ONE TELLER THAT KEPT WALKING AWAY FROM HER POST AND WHOM THE MANGER HAD TO KEEP ON GOING IN AND OUT OF THE TELLER'S BOOTH INSTEAD OF HELPING WITH THE CROWD OF PEOPLE IN LINE. I WOULD NEVER COME BACK THERE OR RECOMMEND BANK OF AMERICA TO ANYONE JUST AWFUL AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

  If they vote for worst bank location in the world this place will not win that because this place will be on line waiting for award. Always line. Always short of staff. And i don't think they even care.

  Atm issue... it becomes my worst experience ever. I deposited my money at night. I got the incorrect amount of money. The machine was unable to return my money. Also, I couldn't find any help for my deposit.
