  I am glad that I decided to open an account in TD bank. The customer service is beyond my expectations I would like to thank Kamrul Islam for assisting me and my friend last Tuesday March 16, 2021. He explained every details of the account and credit cards that we would like to open .I would definitely recommend TD bank to all of my friends and family. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Suffice it to say I'm really glad I came to this location. I live in flushing but they couldn't see me that day so I came here and it was a really nice stress free experience. Even though I came late, they were very helpful with the electronic sign in process. I was seen by Mr. Kamrul Islam to open a new checking account and it was honestly a really rewarding experience! He was great with conversation. My account was open on the spot and Kamrul really focused on helping me, was very professional and connected with me on every aspect. I'm happy with the experience and dare I say, may have made a friend in the process. Thank you!

  Teller Damir Tasmagambetov at this branch is very helpful. Very intelligent and kind guy. Always had pleasant experience at my visit to the bank. Thanks goes to him.

  if i could give 0 star, i will, the manager Sujon is the worse ever manager that i have ever seen, rude, not willing to help, rush me to go, everything bad that he could've done, he did them all, i think its really about the time to get a new manager?? i will definitely tell all my friends and family members not go there until a new manager, btw, we live around here. worst worst worst.

  The bank is not organized and the service is slow. If you need to know the exchange rate from the bank, the teller is not able to provide you the information. To inquire the exchange rate info one must sign in and wait for one of the staff. This doesn’t make a F… sense. Most bank teller are able to tell you the exchange rate info but not this bank. So much time wasted just to obtain the exchange rate information. They require a fee too for the exchange. They need to have a better system in place. I would put a -1 star if I could.

  Fast service, loving- persons, a very welcoming feel to the bank! It really is Dog friendly! It makes you feel safe and secure about you banking there at TD Bank. It is very CONVENIENT for me considering I live not too far from the neighborhood. The office hours are uncanny! Even available on the Weekends! The young lady who helped me set up my checking and savings account, was so nice! Thoughtful and went out of her way to make sure I understood and felt confident about my decision(s) at the bank. SHES amazing at her job! And she’s the STORE MANAGER! Thank you so much! To you & to TD Bank personally!
