      Just when you think it can't be worse, waiting time is extremely long. Trying to make a withdrawal for three days straight during off banking hours and all 6 machine indicate that no cash can be dispensed. But your in luck if you want to deposit. Good luck!!!!!!!!!

      The worst online information especially about branch location services. Be careful of the misleading online full service locations with only a ATM machine stuck in a corner or basement of a commercial building for withdrawals only. Lot of closed branches in NY the latest one being Linden Blvd queens, poor decision and planning to shutter these doors.

      Th absolute worse. I am closing next Tuesday. Monday is a holiday. I tried to make an appointment for teller services but couldn't. Went to the branch on Ralph Ave. Brooklyn. I was turned away even after explaining because I had no appointment. They are inconvenient and do not have their customers needs as a part of foundation. Also, the automated system iis the absolute worse. When you your money you can't access it.

      This bank is the worse, their online services are poor, customer service is ridiculous, everytime you call in it's an hour hold to be told, you have to come to the branch. Worse bank ever

      Similar experience as most other members. Long wait for basic services, understaffed, virtually no customer service, limited branches and atms that always have issues, and coin machine out of service so long they have a permanent sign on it. Constant mobile banking issues. For a financial institution their "services" to the members who's money they hold, especially for city workers, are unacceptable. MCU do better, be better, provide the people of this city with better service. FIX AND KEEP THE COIN MACHINES OPERATIONAL!!

      In and out rather quickly. I was there early, 8:30 and they opened at 9. The parking lot across the street IS NOT city parking, it's private. I found parking along the street rather easily. WARNING: the street adjacent to the back is "no standing" for the entire block. As far as the bank, I was greeted warmly, went through the line quickly and was in and out of there in 10 min. By far my quickest MCU visit in history. You can't even get a number in 5 min at 2 Lafayette. This will be my new branch!

      Just want to get a replacement card. They told me make appointments. I was there at 9am appointments was at 1. It was not even busy.

      So I'm on the phone with the answering service if course and the machine tells me the i have to wait 37 minutes for representative so i waited like 40 minuts,after all that time the machines tells me 2 more minuts and you call will be answer by the next agent. The machine kick im again just to tell me that my call will be answer in 15 minuts hahahah this bank is a joke, why the directors and manager dont get fire here? Just wondering!!!!

      Have been a member since 94. Time to move on. Barely any ATMs in my area. Constant fees. Change machine never working. A horrible experience as usual
