  terrible service..1 teller at the window at major high volume center over 30 min wait just for a withdrawal..sad this is what I pay maintenance fees for??!!!in contrast I went to the South Orange branch 11min away and they had 2 tellers and 2 customer service agents were available to assist customers at that branch and I was out in less than 10min.. It doesn't take a genius to understand why the service at 1 location is able and willing to take care of their customers who are predominantly at a more high income than the other. It's an unfair business practice

  Terrible service takes almost a hour to get to a teller, usually only have one teller available

  Horrible, horrible horrible. Only one teller working on Saturdays. Look at the picture. I was on line for over 1hr just to speak to a teller. Someone need to report them to headquarters because this is unacceptable.

  This place will have you loose your whole lunch break and You will stand in line for an entire hour to make a deposit or withdrawal over 1000. It’s so annoying, why is there one teller during the lunch rush, I’m in line and there’s 20 people in line with one teller 🙄. Customer service people...

  They don't want to give their customers their money that's in their bank account it's supposed to be customers first... right!!! It's only one person working at the window while the rest are sitting in the room laughing and joking

  This bank branch is trash waste of time you can go in there for something that might take 3 minutes to get what you need done…if you’re waiting on a teller to get something done good luck be prepared to wait for a half hour or more… it’s ridiculous at this point I see why people are starting their own banks…dealing with these people is not worth the time

  Worst branch ever. Rude staff, when they have any. Always one teller Monday through Saturday. This branch makes you want to close your account and go somewhere else. Had us standing out in 90 degrees weather. Would give no star if I could.

  Officially NO STARS - On a Saturday morning-midday there are 5 Windows but ONLY ONE teller with over 40 people in the line. What type of customer service is this???? I seen at least 3 employees walk back and forth behind the teller and one customer service person posted at the back as you enter the bank. No one in the offices while 6 customers wait in the sitting area. I will not make the mistake of banking at this location again

  There was only one teller at 1pm until 1:30, with a line of 10 people. Then a manager came to ask individuals if she could assist, but still no additional teller!! So most still had to stand in line because they needed a teller assistance only. She was able to assist 1 out of 10. Very disappointing and too much time wasted. Next time keep going to Maplewood Bank of America.

  Very poor customer service. Only one teller open with 17 customers on line. Meanwhile what appear to be 3 managers and/or supervisors are chatting at the front desk. Seem very visible that it is not a matter of lack of staff. Been a client to Bofa since it was Fleet Bank and been to many locations throughout NJ/NY/PA and never seen such negligence to customer service.
