  Stay Away!! Really you guys gonna have one window open on the 1st, really and you schedule the carpet cleaner...so not only do I have to wait in line while three people laughing and giggle in the corner and one person helps a line of 14, I have to hear this loud madness going on. I see Seniors in this line for over 30 mins to get sent away because they left their id or debit card only to have to stand in this long line all over again.... I'm most definitely closing my account and I suggest you guys stay away

  Always the Slowest, if you don’t want to spend your lunch break waiting on a teller, then go to another branch like Dearborn or Madison Heights.. waaayyy faster!

  Worst customer service, waited in line for 40 mins, only one person working at the window, ridiculous more people walking around then working.

  Bad attitudes at this location, they wouldn't cash a check from my insurance company which was a Bank of America check. They didn't give me much information as to why, the teller said it was an error on check and they couldn't cash it....my problem was her ATTITUDE, REALLY SHORT DRY AND FUNKY
