  I have worked in the city of Roseland for 5 years and I never been treated like this in this town . I came to this bank to deposit my husband check into his account like I’ve done many times before at other BOA’s , right away the teller takes my check and my ID back to her supervisor. They both come out and start to grill me about the check . I give them all the information they needed and they claim the check could not be verified. So I asked well when and how did you verify it because all you did was hold the check in your hand . They insisted that they called to verify the check , little did they know I was watching them through the reflection in the glass from the other room . All they saw was a black woman with a large check and a company they never heard of . My husband has been banking with BANK OF AMERICA for the last 10 years a least for his personal and business. I was so embarrassed and disgusted by this disgraceful behavior. This branch is racist and it needs to be dealt with immediately! My husband is a cinematographer who works for ESPN and has 7 Emmy’s for sports documentaries. BOA just lost a great client .

  Good only if you don’t need inside services. Takes 30 min of waiting in line every time. Terrible…..

  Excellent help when I had to process many documents as a result of my wife passing away. Extremely helpful & very compassionate during the weeks it took to complete the required papaerwork.

  Long wait all the time(came several times different days), one teller, no drive thru, one atm. Stay away unless you have no other options.

  I waited 15 minutes with two people in front of me. Only one teller was helping customers. There seem to be several other people that could have been helping. Worst customer service.

  There is no notary service so I don’t consider it’s a “financial service center”.

  Never enough tellers at this bank. Awfully slow. Only one ATM and no more drive through service
