  I moved to Caldwell last month and walked over to this bank to open an account. After watching the teller Kristen speak to other customers, I walked out. I would never accept behavior like that from my bank. Opened an account at Kearny bank 3 blocks away. MUCH NICER PEOPLE

  I wish I could give 0 stars. I have never been treated so rudely as I was spoken to by the manager at this bank. I asked for change and was abruptly told NO with ample attitude! I also wanted to open an account, but decided not to. Horrible service, especially from an manager. The other teller was noticeably uncomfortable as a result of her behavior. THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I made sure to grab her card... Avoid Kristen!!! She is clearly a miserable person.

  Some pals and I were running routes in the empty parking lot because they get no business. Someone then told us we have to leave. So we ran two more routes and then were planning on leaving, but then they threatened to call the police, so ultimately we stayed running routes for a couple more minutes.
