  I stopped here 4/8/22 to get a replacement debit card, not knowing that they stopped issuing temporary debit cards to customers. That’s no problem, but the (very friendly…kudos!) representative told me I could order one online through my app, without also telling me she could do it herself right then. When I got home, I logged in and found that my account is set up so that I cannot use the app or website to order a new card. Seems to me that she could have saved me some trouble by offering to order one for me while I was there at the office. This didn’t bother me too badly, but when I got home I found out I needed to get a cashiers check for a late rent payment, (my auto pay had failed due to my direct deposit information changing) so I checked the hours to the Sandy, UT Bank of America branch online and it clearly states they are open until 1 PM on Saturdays. Great. I arrive today at 12:25 PM and the lobby doors are open to the ATM area. However, the doors to the branch are locked, even though there are signs stating they are open until 1 PM on Saturdays, which is in line with what is posted on the website. I knocked a couple times, but no one showed. This creates a problem, as there was no other branch close enough to get to by 1 PM, and I really needed the check TODAY. Now I am facing threatened eviction and attorney fees for not getting the payment in today. Fortunately, I got the rent situation handled with the housing manager after explaining the situation and she was willing to work with me since I have never had issues paying the rent on time. So, I realize Bank of America didn’t directly cause the rent situation; however, I had to do a lot of extra legwork because of incorrect information. Is this branch actually open on Saturdays until 1 PM? I have also noticed more negative online reviews for BoA financial centers in this area (20 mile radius), stating that wait times, communication and customer service are common problems. Please reply!

  Had to get a cashier's check on short notice and to be honest I didn't really have a clue what I was doing. Got seen quickly despite not having an appointment. Jordan helped walk me through the process and was super cool and nice. Please let him know he's welcome at the housewarming party when I end up closing on this thing. Couldn't have done it without him.

  After nearly switching to Chase I was fortunate to give this branch of Bank of America a chance. I have been thrilled with my experience. The entire staff here is terrific and very knowledgeable. I drive 30 minutes just to work with this specific branch. I have multiple businesses and a great deal of money in these accounts and will continue to do so in the future. I have worked specifically with Alaka and she is a professional of the highest caliber. I have advised my business associates that live between Provo and Layton to use this location in the future.   Been a loyal Bank of America customer since I opened my first bank account. When I say never, I mean I've never had a bad experience at any of the bank of America's I've been to, I guess never say never. This one here, boy it made me want to leave and go to Chase and for me to say that knowing that chase's customer service isn't top notch, says something. The gentleman greeting at the front sets the tone for your overall experience and when he's rude and unhelpful, just automatically said I have to make an appointment or referred me to the app, which i'm well aware that i can do pretty much anything over the app, if I'm at an actual location is because i need the help of a human. It made me want to leave and not even make a future appointment at this location. Being new to Utah, I'll just find another location and move on. I just hope others have a better experience than I did.

  Fiona helped me with questions about Credit Card 2 weeks ago and yesterday when I went back, it is sad to know that she got transferred to another branch. She's very knowledgeable and the perfect customer service agent I've seen. I went to another branch in Draper and they were not as nice.

  Bank of America was terrible to me. I was a great customer with great payment history and usage of my card for three years. Then out of no where my account was closed, during COVID, without a warning or someone trying to contact me to find a solution. When closing my account, during COVID, they made my score drop after having the card for three years. In order for me to apply for another good credit card, I had to wait for my score to increase from Bank of America made my score decrease because they closed my account. Stating this again, without ANYONE CONTACTING ME WITHOUT ANY WARNING or TRYING TO FIND A SOLUTION! Never late, always on time, great payment history, and usage of the credit line. Paid card off twice in full, and still they closed my account. I will never recommend these lines of credit to anyone. Thank you for showing me that you guys don’t appreciate good customers.

  I have been trying to get in touch with this Bank of America branch of over a week now. I have called them every hour that they were open the last two days specifically. Don't even bother calling.
