  BOA staff do not work well with African American customers, especially professional ones. Trigger-happy cops were called to BOA on (the immensely) gifted and talented Mr. Ryan Coogler. The gentleman was trying to withdraw money from his OWN CHECKING ACCOUNT ( discreetly). BOA bank teller was so special that she couldn’t understand his simple note. This man could have had his life swiped from him in an instant. The teller, manager, and trigger happy cops need to stay on BLAST. Keep sounding the alarm on this situation. No justice! No peace! 👊🏽

  I’d give this a negative star if it was possible. Due to personal and recent blatant violations I’m closing my account. They hire and teach sambos the ways of profiling and if your black avoid them like the plague.

  Yall did Ryan Coogler wrong, things could of went way left. If the bank teller is that emotional because she's pregnant then she should be put on maternity leave. And keep her there smh.

  Not a BOA customer and never will. The employees of this branch were on the wrong side of history and their day of reckoning will come…it’s called Financial Disruption.
