  Too bad I can't give a zero rating. Banked with Fidelity since 1993. Since AmerisBank took over, I have seen service deteriorate markedly. First, at beginning of COVID I went to Vinings Branch which was closed so I tried to use ATM which was EMPTY. Then when I used ATM at Publix which was waiving fees during COVID this bank dinged my account for using another location! Later I had to drive into Smyrna to find a branch that was "open" only with drive through. Then she announced that she couldn't handle the transaction, that I needed to park in front of the building and someone would call me, meet me at the door and take the transaction. Waited 10 minutes then banged on the front door to finally get someone to respond. To top it off, they completely botched the transaction which involved more than one account. Completely inept, and totally dismissive. I am closing my accounts and moving to a credit union without the arrogance and FEES.

  The teller (who no longer works there was extremely rude) the manager who still works there asked to look up my account to see if I was worthy of them helping me. It's sad that they make you so uncomfortable that i cant use this branch. A manager should not be bias and make assumptions based on a teller's assumptions who no longer works there .

  I went in to update some things on my account and met Gigi in the Vinings branch. She was friendly, professional and gave amazing customer service. If every company had a Gigi the world would be a happier place! If you dont leave your bank with a smile on your face, swing by Ameris Bank in Vinings and open an account with Gigi!

  My only problem with them is that as soon as they switch my account had numbers on it that aren't me or my wife cell phone numbers so now I'm locked out
