  If you are'nt prepared to deal with dishonesty & incompetence, do not let them service your mortgage. Seven month after your 'politically correct' response; you still have done NOTHING to fix your error. Still dealing with incompetence & getting 'stories' every time I call....sad!!

It appears a new request has been made, and our records show our Servicing Department responded to this request swiftly and appropriately. If this is not correct, please contact us at 678-551-7120 immediately and ask to speak with someone in the Compliance Department. We strive for excellent customer service and want to make sure both matters are addressed.

  Julie is incredible... She walked me through the entire process step by step!!! When I had questions she didn't hesitate to answer... Even on weekends when it was crunch time she was there every second which is impressive with a family... Her dedication to my success was un-yielding and for that I am eternally grateful... The pre-approval process was somewhat difficult for me because of the type of business I'm in but Julie and her team worked every angle to make sure I had the best possible chance and the end result... CLOSED on June 22nd!!! I highly recommend Julie and banksouth for your home loan needs!
