I wait in line about 15 minutes before it's my turn at the teller's window (I'm there to request a replacement BOA debit card). The teller with a "Poker Player's" face tells me I was in the wrong line. I should take a seat and wait for different representative. There's no one else seated. Several minutes later another bank associate comes over introduces himself and say's, "I'll be right back" He returns with his computer device, takes several notes and leaves. Another customer shows up in this area and the bank associate again takes notes from the newly arrived customer. Now another bank associate comes over and asks me to have a seat in her office. For some reason or other, she asks me the same questions the male associate asked. Turns out it was necessary for this female associate to make additional outside calls to address my problem. After completion, she asked me to give high marks on a upcoming survey that would arrive via email. Some half hour later I'm out of there. To make a long story longer, I rarely go inside this branch office. The survey never arrived via email. No worries. 2 less stars. Date, last week of May 2019

Lazy, unwelcoming, did i say lazy??? avoid this place. bank of america is loosing its touch. teller's attitude is terrible. made me wait after I deposited my cash and counted other cash to make a bundle out of it. why would you make your customer wait like that? should have given me my receipt so I can leave. I greatly appreciate the efficiency and courtesy of Emely. I forgot my ID at home so she told me that I didn't have to stand in line when I came back. When I came back, the customer in front of me had so much going on for their transaction, but she worked very swiftly and neatly and made sure their needs were met before she attended to mine. She ensured that she completed her work in accordance with BofA standards, despite the pressure she felt from me, waiting impatiently, and the customer ahead of me. To top it off, I miscalculated how many 20s and 50s I would need to complete my transaction, and didnt realize my mistake, even after repeating it to her several times. I grew more and more frustrated due to the miscommunication (and my oversight), but Emely kept her cool, divvied out the CORRECT number of bills, and sent me on my way with a gentle, "Have a nice day". I took the time to write this because I have been in plenty situations where the customer service agent would have handled me, and the other customer, in a rude or hostile manner. Thank you Emely for serving us with grace and tact.

Every month for 5 years, everywhere I go for a Bank of America, To withdraw cash at the teller like 1300, nobody ask me for my ID. Today only this branch, this guy ask me for my ID, he look at it then he ask me to slide it on the machine to verify, maybe he thinks I had a fake ID even I already key my pin for my debit card. Too much Discrimination....

Worst bank experience ever... reminding me why I am not a BofA customer. Went there to get some help with buddys account stuck overseas. Trying to find a solution to either close the account or transfer it to a different bank. The guy did not care at all. A "bank that does not care" should be their logo. they said the funds will be transferred to State... wow... it probably will be transferred to state because you did not help. Can we bank with State instead of BofA? I think the State of California cares much more than BofA

Horrible customer service from the manager (older white lady). Wouldn't cash a personal check I received from my employer. I asked her to call him since he has an account there and he can verify he wrote me the check. She just said "no we can't" and walked away. Terrible.
