  Ali went above and beyond with everything, I could not have expected better. Everything looked and sounded great on the truck, however, the very next day after I purchased the vehicle, it started leaking engine coolant. When I told Ali it was leaking coolant, he immediately insisted on bringing the vehicle back and having his mechanic take a look at it. At no extra cost or hassle, Ali had the leak fixed within two days of purchasing the truck. It turned out to only be a bad Thermostat Housing and there was nothing major wrong with the truck. I’d highly recommend CarPlus Finance.

  Ali was helpful and communicative throughout the whole process. I ended up paying a bit more than anticipated, but I got what I paid for. The truck was just as described and in great condition. I was walked through what needed to happen to get the truck shipped to me from California and all my questions were answered in a timely fashion. He was receptive to providing me with information to alleviate my fears of buying without a test-drive, from out of state. I appreciate that the CarFax was offered for free and was a big help in convincing me that this was the right truck for me. Two thumbs up!

  Every truck on this lot is immaculate, inside and out. They spare nothing to get them looking virtually showroom-new. He sells only 1st-rate used trucks and has the Car Faxes show that. I test drove two trucks and both ran beautifully. One thing: You will pay premium pricing on the vehicles and they would not budge on the price at all - BUT - I could not find anything close to the 2011 Ford Ranger I bought anywhere in SoCal. Yes, there are are many '11 Rangers out there but what I found over a three-week search was that nothing out there compared to what they had. Give them a try. They specialize in Tacoma's and have a great selection.

  Car Plus Finance is the place to go if your looking for a used Tacoma. Nice selection to choose from. All the Trucks on the lot were immaculate! Drove 3 1/2 hrs and ended up choosing a Tacoma that just arrived rather than the one we drove down there for in the first place. Truck was like new with low miles. Ali was great. Very friendly. Had us out of there quicker than any dealership I've ever been to! Great experience! Definitely will be back in the future! Thanks Ali! You The Man!

  I visited Cars Plus Finance today to purchase a 2012 Toyota 4Runner Limited 4wd in dark grey. I was prepared to make a purchase, however, the sales representative said that he would not allow me to test drive a car until we checked my credit to see if I was approved for finance. I did not feel comfortable running a credit check for a car that I have not driven. I get that we are living in different times due to COVID-19, but the other car lot that I had visited that day made no mention of needing to run my credit before a test drive? The sales person was not very helpful and not very friendly. What happened to good customer service and trying to give customers a great experience? I wish the sales person would have been nicer because I loved the 4Runner and would have definitely made a purchase today.

  Purchased a truck here and traded a car in at the same time. While the purchase went smoothly I ended up paying more than expected. While I did not want to finance, the guys here were not pushy. At first i was pleased with the value of my trade-in (knowing the history and state of the car) but having seen what they turned around and sold it for a couple months later (doubting any of the repairs leading me to trade it were made, as they would have been significant), I would be a bit suspicious. They sold it at a price as if with no issues and advertised features for it that are not functional. So definitely important to pay a lot of attention during your test drives and look over any possible purchase thoroughly/have someone along who is knowledgeable. Thankfully it seems to go a bit both ways, as my new truck had aftermarket parts under the hood that were not mentioned or advertised. At the end of the day I would have liked either more for my trade in or to have seen it resold more reasonably. But overall I am happy with my Tacoma (gone 5k miles in 2ish months with nothing unexpected), as well as my trade-in and would consider purchasing from them again in the future but perhaps not for my next trade-in.

  the sales process at the dealer was smooth. not much haggling. the vehicle was clean...there was minor issue with a seat and they had someone come out and take care of it so i did have to go back the next day but it was worth because of the price. the price was the reason that i chose to give them my business. the reason i would recommend is because of the pricing.

  We has been looking for a used truck for a few weeks but were not able to come to an agreement as financing was a major part of what was going to "seal the deal". After looking at some of the reviews for this dealership we called and went in for a test drive. We didnt really want a Toyota but after looking at several models we ended up liking the TRD a lot. We did have to work a little bit with this dealership on the financing part. Took a couple days actually, but they kept us in the loop so we just ended up getting the truck. Has all the bells and whistles, is spacious for a truck, and from what ive researched these trucks last forever so we are happy with our purchase and yes we would recommend this dealership to others.
