Patricia Bailey1This experience was few months ago but I felt as though my experience needed to be shared. I had a horrible experience at this bank. I felt like I was discriminated against since I was an African American women. I sat down with one of the ladies to open an account before I sat down three ladies were at their desk with irritated looks on there faces and one finally Called me over. She had a cold demeanor and I felt like she thought she was better because of the way she was speaking very short with me. By no means do I look or sound uneducated nor does my appearance look as if I am not well kept. By the end of our meeting as I was leaving another customer came in and wanted to meet with someone and all of the ladies faces lit up including the one who assisted me and asked him if he needed help. This is a problem in contra costa county the Latino community only want to serve their own and treat African Americans like they are less than I will not be opening a bank account with this bank and I doubt anything will be done even if they respond to this post beware Racism is alive and well.

Vik1This Bank of America is located next to the major shopping mall and it's the middle of the day and yet, they only have one window open with a big line. Bank of America consistently proving to be the worst bank in America.

Leo Pscl1Employees are not helpful, especially the supervisor, simply requesting for a print of my checking account history transaction, they can not provide, they want me to come back for an appointment. I am not going to this branch any more.

James Dalton1Went to this branch to cash a check from one of my customers that bank with them.Bank teller takes my ID, has me sign the check then tells me they charge $8.00 to cash it! My customers account is with them and pays fees for their checking account then BA wants money from me too? Most of the BA branches are closed or only open 2 days a week. Well inwonder why? B of A has always sucked and why i dont do banking business them!

JTC Intl1Horrible management. 11 people waiting in line, only one teller??? (Turned out another three people arrived and we're waiting in line. Took a total of 1 hour to give money to Bank of America. On top of this, all of the other local branches with live people are now closed.)

Jose Cobangbang IV1The teller could be less condescending when I requested newer bills. She brushed off the request insisting that the bills she just gave were good enough. Currency exchanges abroad are typically strict with marks and tears on currency notes, so this request, while cumbersome, is not unreasonable. I do all my banking online, so it's quite disappointing to have a negative experience the one time in a year that I ask for an in-person service. I asked a similar request at the Pleasant Hill branch the last time I traveled. They were much more friendly and accommodating.

Desiree Harris1Very rude Indian teller lady working wouldn't speak up and could bearly hear her when doing a transaction! I will no longer be banking here inless they can get better people that are very punctual and loud speaking. She was very disrespectful and impeccably slow and I'm the one with a handicap.

Justin 91925Great customer service, every other aspect of banking can easily be done online, so it’s great they get this aspect right. I made an appt. online in the app, an employee saw me looking around and immediately asked if I needed help. I spoke with Cheyna about some fees and questions about how they work. She listened to my situation, fixed it, and was very friendly the whole interacting without being wasteful with time. First enjoyable visit I’ve ever had to a bank 😂

Damon Grant1Came in because I lost my debit card, and needed to get one replaced. I have been a member with bank of America since 2000 and in that time have needed to get a few new debit cards, but this is the first time I was told I have to make an appointment, or wait over an hour. Won't come back to this location.
