  worst customer service bank in contra costa, Understaffed and never open. Closes whenever it wants too, no concern for the customer. I have been with B of A for over 60 years and am considering leaving them.

  I wanted to schedule appointment to remove my stuff, jewelry , from safety deposit box. This bank is open only twice a week an I work these days . They NEVER picked up the phone!!! So I wrote a letter to the manager of BofA explaining what I need to do and asking for help. I put my info in a letter, no answer for a month so far! Extremely unprofessional , I feel discriminated and put down. I had Covid and was very sick but now I want to get my belongings from the box. I cannot go there Tuesday or Thursday because I cannot loose my job, no phone communication at all, my letter probably went to garbage! Does anyone have an advice for me? I feel helpless, what a terrible bank! I have Chase and I communicate with them no problem ! So give me my belongings back, I just want alive body to answer to me before I take it further, which I will. I highly do not recommend services offered by this bank especially at Citrus location! Disappointed customer.

  Customers who need access to safety deposit boxes are being ignored. Do not respond to customers emails for accessing safety deposit boxes.

  Branch location is never open and the hours posted are not true. Customers who need access to safety deposit boxes are ignored. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

  I use the Oak Grove Branch twice a month to make deposits for an organization of which I am the treasurer. The deposit slips are always filled out and the checks are stamped. My wait time has never been less than 15 minutes. Today it was 50 minutes. There was one teller working and 8 customers in line ahead of me. After a 30 minute wait a second teller appeared, waited on one customer, closed her window and left. She reappeared about 10 minutes later and remained at the window after I completed my deposit. There were 18 people in line behind me. Several people who were in line left without conducting their business. I counted 9 additional people on the platform or sitting at desks elsewhere. Only two were working with a customer. This is unconscionable, unacceptable, and extremely poor customer service. All of those unoccupied personnel were very adept at averting their eyes. The ladies in front of me and behind me both commented on the lack of customer care. THE MANAGER OR SOMEONE NEEDS TO FIX IT!!!!!!

  Long lines and short staffed. The bank manager she seems she can’t do any basic functions of a personal banker and had us wait for the only personal banker working. We waited a hour and it seemed the banker was not going to finish up anytime soon. But all of a sudden the bank manager know how to do a wire transfer for someone she knew!??? But can’t do my simple transaction. We just left.

  Awful customer service. Rude management. Avoid this branch and Bank of America in general. There are much better Banks and credit unions.

  I went into this location due to a mistake made at another location. Vanessa, the manager, at this Oak Grove site was very helpful. I was in a long line and Vanessa came to each person asking them what they were there for. She directed me to her desk since she could help with my situation. It was an easy process working with her. She has common sense and sometimes that’s not very common.

  This is the slowest bank in the world. I have traveled a lot and I could get better service in Bratislava. Do they hire from the DMV?

They always make me feel so welcome !! Thank you very much!!!...
