shahzad anwar1Went there a guy just standing asks me if I need the teller and told me he will be available in an hour. I understand the worker shortage but when your just standing you can help and sub in. Terrible leadership.

Cortney V1Never have any tellers available. Very slow service and long wait times. No dedicated tellers for business banking and/or personal banking. Customer service is not up to par. Some staff are not welcoming.

Chocolate chip Cookie face1Slow horrible service. The manager is unprofessional and no help! The bank is closed a huge inconvenience although when open they were never fully staffed. I’m really starting to hate this bank and about to change banks!

Shahab Uddin5I always had great service here. Both female personal Banker Haq and other are very friendly and helpful. Teller Mina and female in first window business service very friendly and professional. I have been using this branch since 2016 and never had any bad experience. I am truly very appreciated for their friendly and professionalism.

Brittani C1Customer service is absolutely horrible. I sat for an hour patiently waiting to open several new accounts, business and personal and I never was even greeted. I was walked passed several times and purposely ignored! Finally someone comes to me and still didn't greet me and just asked me what I was there for. I informed them what I was waiting for and he gave me partial information off of assumptions and went back to his empty office only to come back to me later and tell me that I had to come back and make an appointment. Someone could have told me that an hour ago! I will absolutely positively never give this branch any of my business. They were rude and completely unprofessional!

Hellan Kii1Don’t use the ATMs here to make a deposit. It gets jammed often and you risk losing part of the cash you tried to deposit. You may also not get your receipt. The associates at the bank can’t help you so you have to call customer service and play ring-a-round-the-rosy with different departments for 40 mins to place a claim so they can do an audit which takes time. You’re just wasting your time. Go to the teller (usually there is a long wait but they’re nice) or go to another location. It’ll save you from the major headache that I just got from this place.

muzicguru4u1This branch is the worst. Everytime I go there, it's something. If they're supposed to stay open until 1p, they're already locking up at ten of. When it comes to banking, the bank takes customers until the actual closing time. Took my teen there to open 1st acct. There was 3 Customer Svc workers and 2 customers in front of us. Took over an hour to be seen. The reps were nice, just slow as ever; but that lady branch mgr there is rude and unproffesional. The way she spoke to her colleagues and the customers was unbelievable. This is the closest branch to me; but I will only go to their ATM now. The inside visits and all 3 were less than ok experiences.

Monique Solomon1I came in to cash my check, i dont have an account (but i was thinking about opening one) however i had to wait almost 45 mins for the so called manager to arrive at almost 11am. What bank opens its doors without a manager inside. I will not be banking with bank of America nor will i ever visit this branch AGAIN!
