  The skinny raggedy looking lady extremely rude even if stuff is priced by them they ll re look up the price and go against there own and make up an excuse go when shes not there rest of the staff is extremely friendly and awesome.

  I am a long time customer and I have had nothing but the best service from all the employees, owners included. I would not trust any other pawn shop with my belongings. They are fair and always willing to bargain with prices

  I've been here a couple of times to pawn some things and the woman who assisted me was friendly, polite, professional and willing to answer any question I asked. Her loan offer was fair and I would recommend this business to friends and family. There is a lot of interesting stuff here, too!

  First time I went in, the older blondish woman was very rude to me but I sold to then anyways. Second time I go in she doesn't want to buy my item. Walked away empty handed. Both visits I disliked because a: same woman was very rude both times. B: both visits she asked me what I was looking for, I named the price, she says without overlooking the condition of the whole item, without checking if it even worked, says" oh no I can't do that", names her price, looks on eBay for "similar" products and then puts a different price on it, which I think is very unprofessional. Is bad for business to tell someone a price for it then say "uh yeah I'll pass" *walks away empty handed*

  The store is awesome! They have some excellent guitars and there's lots of other stuff to look at. I could probably spend half a day just looking around at what they sell. They always have excellent service here and really great deals.

  Wow I called for the first time to ask about there business as a curious customer, while I was asking questions regarding my labtop I recieved a totally mean response from a snotty lady who is obviously having a bad morning and hates her job. What's wrong with people now a days? If you own a business customer service should be your skill to grow. It should be the foundation to a business??? I would gladly sell or pawn to a different shop. Never coming back here and I will encourage others to go somewhere else to. Horrible employee! I unfortunately have to give 1 star to write a review but if I could take that 1 star back I would. MY RATE IS 0 STARS

  1st time in & really impressed. Place is clean an full of unique items. Staff very friendly & helpful, especially an older woman who spent a significant amount of time to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Thank you San Bernardino Loan I will return & spread the word

  Customer service is a joke here I got yelled at by the owner for asking a question about a coin to a gentleman I thought worked at the place and he literally kicked me out for asking a question. Customer service is trash here idk what those 5 star reviews people are smoking.
