  Avoid the manager here she thinks she owns bank of america not just this one but the whole company of BOA not just rude but extremely unknowledgeable of how a bank works much less of how to manage/run one I have no idea how she became a manager and clueless how she is still a manager 🤔

  I was helped by a trailer name jade today me and my wife gave her 5500 dollars to exchange for twenty’s we get home and we count the money and it is only 5 grand there is no way she gave us back 5500 at all we have pictures we have videos we did not get the full 5500 back also she did not give us a receipt telling us how much the money was at all we can’t even reach the bank

  Caroline Collins was the best banker and one of the best human beings I ever met! She made me feel welcomed, warm, and helpful. Very professional and knowledgeable. She helped me do my banking and made me feel like she really cares what's best for me.

  Great service! I went to this BofA to wire money. Mimi Thai was super helpful. She (and her manager) figured out why I had trouble wiring money on my own, and was patient and attentive. The assistant manager and the manager were also very helpful!

  I have been working with My Thai for about a month now setting up a new business account, new business credit card. Starting a new business I have no idea what I am doing. She has been so helpful and informative. And has signed me up for some great deals and opportunities. She gave a ten star service!!

  Rude and unhelpful staff - it was a middle aged male who obviously didn’t hold the same high standard for customer service as the other BofA people I have seen. Filed a complaint to the bank.

  Terrible service. I asked them to print out auto loan agreement (with different credit organization) to do notary service they provide. Notary said "ok, wait" and disappeared. Bank greeter showed up with purpose to get rid of me. He suggested to print out my document (with all sensitive info) in some weird places and then go back to them to do notarization. No explanation why they reject my request.

  unprofessional service. I made an appointment for them to call me, and they didn't. They also impose their schedule on you and have no regard for your time. I waited for several minutes for the "right person" to come back from his break to then be told that he was not the right person after all.
