  I appreciate the good customer service here and how they are kind, very nice ladies… were able to squeeze my appointment in over the phone for in person. This branch is my favorite especially rn that every other bank is so hard to get seen 1on 1 with a banker ..

  Just a few days someone's card got skimmed on the outdoor ATM here. WARNING to check and pull on the card reader if you do plan on using it here for the atms located outside of entrance. Always safe to double check the machine!

  SLOWEST SERVICE EVER! There is never more than 2 bankers. I was there as soon as they opened, and was the 3rd person in line and I left 40 minutes after!! All I was doing was withdrawing money! The manager doesn't care at all. DO NOT go with the Indian Lady. She gives attitude and every time she attends me, she rushes me, but never the rest of the people?

  Had a long line of people waiting and they only had two registers open. Avoid going around 11am. You'll stand in line for at least an hour

  Bank I’m disable and I can’t stand for long. They should be more considerate with disable people. There are always 20 to 30 people in line and only 2 tellers open.

  Came here to deposit a check. They did not accept it due to its large amount, now I will have to return to my original branch. The manager Fernando was very unprofessional and accused me of writing the check myself. It may have been my young demeanor. My father is in the hospital and now have to return to have him write another check because Fernando thought it a good idea to write return to maker all over my check. He could have plainly rejected it. The wait was also long. Never returning to this branch and am telling all of my friends abd family about this terrible experience. Really expected more professionalism.

  Every time I come in here no matter how long the line is they never have no more than 2 tellers and they are super slow. Other people are just standing around in back. Hire more tellers or open up when you see long lines!

  I am a Costumer of Bank of America since 2004, I had great experience at this location. Currently I'm opening a business and I have no idea where to start from. My first thought was to start whit the bank. This is where everything change for the best. Lindsay Mayorga, Personal Banker assisted me whit a excellent attitud, professional knowledge regarding my business and great smile and communication skills. She helped me register my business and gave me advised and informed me what to expect the next few days. Thanks to the help of Lindsay I feel focused whit the information she provide. I'm comfortable to continue the success if my business. I don't know what I do whit out you Great Job.
