  Not a Credit Union, a Loan Shark in disguise. You'd be better off working with Wells Fargo, they're more lenient with covid going on, and that's saying something with their news scandals.

  Despite the negative comments made in regards to the different services provided by Financial Partners. My experience with them has been one hundred percent satisfactory. Not only do they finance my car loan, but they also have my car insurance and renters insurance through their Partner. Any time I visit their location in Firestone Blvd. Their customer's service is always professional and very courteous. If anything I would encourage anyone to try their very unbeatable car loan rates and the insurance as well.

  I refinanced my car through FPCU and they made the entire process super easy! I did the entire thing over the phone and email without ever having to step into the office. They also offered a way lower interest rate and a really inexpensive yet comprehensive extended warranty.

  I find it absolutely ridiculous that you allow people to apply for your credit card yet no where on your website does it state that you must be at least a Legal Permanent Resident. I’ve been approved yet can’t receive the credit card due to not being a LPR yet I have a valid working social security number that was given to me by the social security office. I want to support a smaller bank credit union so I chose to move my bank you guys recently and will absolutely be closing my account as well as our joint account we also have with you because this is absolutely disgusting. If you don’t want people like myself (a DACA recipient) to apply for your bank then you need to state it on your website because nowhere on the website or anywhere else does it state that you have to be LPR or above. Not only did I waste my time but you also had check my credit score and that’s a ding on my great credit that could have easily been avoided. Your company should be ashamed. Glad to know that you guys like to discriminate certain people. Congratulations.

We support Dreamers and proudly offer savings and depository accounts with significantly more competitive interest rates, regardless of citizenship status. However, with the actions taken earlier this year to dismantle DACA, we are limited to only offering secured loans with terms not to exceed the expiration of residency granted. We understand that the current circumstances surrounding DACA have caused a tremendous amount of anguish and uncertainty for many. Whenever it is brought to our attention that a member’s account may have been compromised, we take immediate action to protect both the member and his/her funds.   This bank scams people. They quote me 4% for a car loan and changed it to 8% after the purchase of the car.

  Worst service ever the guy that attends the people it's like the worst Banker I've ever encounter you ask him a question that he response to you in a very rude and sarcastic tone make it seem like he thinks he's better than anybody else just because he's a bank teller worst place ever you want to have an experience and a bad timing about 5 minutes be my guest and go to this place
