  The short: As a first time home buyer, Paul and Cindy were great to work with. The long: A home purchase is a big deal so you should be able to trust the people you're working with and feel taken care of. After working with Paul and Cindy, I can say that I trust them and that they take care of their clients. The experience wasn't nearly as stressful as I imagined it would be. I attribute that to the fact that they took the time to walk me through every step of the loan application and closing process, and were always available for questions.   I worked with John Deasy. I have never worked with a more responsive, efficient, and more patient human being. He was available at all times (even during the weekends) to provide me with information and answer all my questions. When signing mortgage paperwork (remotely; during the Covid-19 pandemic), John was there to clarify what I was signing and to explain the information to me. He made the whole experience of getting a loan and buying a new house easy and stress-free. Sometimes I asked him the same question three times because it didn't make sense to me and he still remained patient and helpful. I highly recommend John. He exemplifies what it means to put the customer first.
