  They were extremely helpful, I don't know what all the 1 star reviews from years ago are about. They even stayed after close to help me transfer money. Super nice and helped me with a stressful situation.

  Soon as I walked in I was asked to step outside. Not a “How are you” … no greeting and I see why they have the ratings they do and be prepared to waits a hour to see the teller

  One teller, with 10 customers in line waiting. I was there from 9:35 to 9:55 12/3/2019. This is by far the most I seen with poor customer service. I left the bank and didn’t even make it to the teller. This bank needs to change how they take care of there customer. I would give no stars if I could.

  Worst experience ever!!! Teller and manager had awful, terrible attitude. I had to deposit with no withdrawals, still they wanted me to fill the form even when I used my debit card with pin. Stupidity is up to the roof!!! I didn't deposit it and took it to Chase. They artificially create Long waiting lines for customers to show that they're busy.

  Had me wait... Which is ok...but then told me to go away because no appointment...I said why make me wait 20 mins. She said there is no one to help you... I said outside of you and the guy eating candy in an office... So rude... When to the next bank of America.... They said we're busy but we will help you....

  Very unpleasant experience, unpleasant atmosphere, disorganized staff, rude answers, terrible representation of "the best bank of US". They need to definitely train the employees!!! not going there and definitely will not recommend it to anyone!

  Got 2 overdraft fees even though my account had money in it at ALL times. No clear explanation or help from the employees or manager. I'm closing my business account and going to another bank.

  The Outside ATM took my money in the middle of a transaction! I never got credited for my deposit and when I called they told me a claim would be started and I would be credited within 10 business days ! Thieves!! Worse bank in America go to Wells Fargo or any one else

  Worst bofa ever!!! 12 of us waiting in line to be helped and there is only one employee. Are you kidding me???? Honestly I am so mad that I am going to switch banks. Avoid this branch at all costs. 40 min wait!!!!!!! Bofa should shut this branch down.
